Fantastic service provided by Matt and the entire Carmel Crossroads Blvd UPS Store team! Matt made the process of renting a mailbox very easy. All the staff members who have assisted me with my mail, and receiving, returning, and shipping packages have been very friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond - for example, offering to carry larger/heavier boxes to my car. Beware of drivers at this location! If you accidentally park in the truck parking spot in front of the store the male working at 5 pm Monday eve will block you in with their truck (when they could have left an extra foot for you to exit) and then pick a public fight with you in front of every one at the store after you wait at the car for 10 mins before coming inside and to ask for help. Some help I got. While the driver harassed me, everyone working at the store just kept working in silence. No one said anything to defend me or de-escalate the situation. read more

The posters are gorgeous, and we have received many, many compliments on them. We also used this business for printing the liturgy guides for the funeral mass. However, on occasion sensed animosity from a particular employee in which no empathy/apology was offered by management regarding the impoliteness. My experience with one or two people should NOT carry over to a whole company. For 99.9% of my time with this story...they have met my expectations 110%! My "anger" was with one or two people that were disappointing me on one day...I should have given the "store/company" a chance...called and talked to someone I know, before "burning the place down"...verbally. This store may be adequate for somethings but for printing pictures from your phone absolutely never waste your money. Number one I could've done the same thing at home you forward your picture in an email then they print it for you on a normal piece of paper plus they charge you a dollar to accept your email , oh but never mention that when I ask what the cost was, so if you have one picture printed on poor quality paper it will cost you about $1.82 for one picture on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. Big rip off. PS the quality is very poor! read more

They advertise safe document shredding services online -- affiliated with another company that actually does the work. Imagine my shock when I saw the guy I gave my documents to shred -- placing them in a trashcan out back of the store. When I confronted him, he said it didn't really matter. I cannot fathom charging us by the pound for secure paper document shredding and then defrauding customers by trashing. Don't be a victim of ID theft -- Use another service for this. Otherwise a nice UPS store with good services, including notary on site, even on weekends. read more

I sent myself a package to here rather than having it delivered to my house to save a little money. I was quoted one price in Texas for a home delivery versus an in-store pick-up, and the difference justified simply picking up the package from the store. I've done this with Fedex in the past without any issues. However, when I went to retrieve my package, I was charged an additional "holding fee." I was never told about this absurd "holding fee," or I'd simply have had them deliver it to my home address for less money! Ten dollars isn't a lot of money, but that's not the point. I was quoted an amount for a service, then was charged a second time when it was too late to do anything about it. I've never had to pay for any kind of delivery two times for one item! I had acted in good faith by assuming the amount I was quoted and had paid in Texas was the full amount, because this is what UPS told me. Unfortunately, I ended up going out of my way, thinking I was saving money when it actually cost more for me to do more work by picking up the package myself. Evidently, this location requires you to rent a box with them to avoid these extra fees. Never mind the fact that I have been using this store for over 10 years now several times a year. I feel like that is worth something, but obviously they disagree. UPS should be above throwing in hidden costs and not telling their customers until it's too late to do anything about it. I feel like this is a sneaky and deceptive tactic and won't be returning to this store. I've given them my business for over a decade, so if they can't be honest with me yet, it's time to move on. The $10.00 is trivial in the grand scheme of things, but feeling like I've been conned is a feeling I can do without. Ten dollars just cost them a loyal customer. I gave them two stars for my previous visits but this was definitely a one star visit today. read more

I have noticed that they have a small turnover rate with some new staff who do not match the rest of the staff. Anyone who thinks that they can rent a mailbox here or at any other UPS store and think that they will have a legal and private physical address will be sorry! I recently tried to open up a checking account (not a loan, but a checking account with my money in it) and the banker checked on my "address" and turned me down as "this address is not a physical address". Seems alll he did was a Google search on my 225 The Crossroads "address" and up pops the UPS store! If you're a business and you think that you can fool people with having your business in a UPS mailbox store be aware that all your clients need to do is Google your address and up pops the UPS store! You really want potential clients to know that your buisness location is really just a mailbox at a UPS store? And it's only a matter of time before the Gov't catches up with the fact that these are not your "real" address and will start to refuse sending tax refunds, SSI, UEI, Welfare, Food Stamps, etc. to these type of addresses! (As the Gov't. really, really wants to know where you live) And a potential employer can just Google your address and up pops the UPS store! Try it before you rent a mailbox! Google your new UPS "address" and see what happens. Better to find another, more descrete mailing, legal address and mail forwarding service. I am retired and live full-time in my R.V. and I travel a lot (it's cool) and there are many mail services available that are much more descrete. read more
