They are friendly, competent, extremely customer service oriented, and constantly making service improvements. We are in and out of town a lot and rely on them to ship quite a bit of stuff for us and also to receive a lot of shipments--and they always come through for us. This is a quintessential customer service business, and to succeed in it you have to provide a very high level of service, and this is something they do in spades day in and day out. For 3 separate incidences they charged me $15, $18, the &16 for all the same item. I understand for the 16 , they charged extra because of a stain. For the charge of $ 3 more , according to the them it was a "longer" coat. I've had the same size, brand of lab coat. I'm 5 ft tall so I wear a short length. It's extremely hot out ( I have a serious autoimmune illness which gives me migraines in the heat) and It was clear that I was in a rush ( by the stack of boxes I brought in all at one time). I told them I did not need a receipt and that I needed to go pick up my baby. He was crying his eyes out and I still had prescriptions to pick up ( but that's besides the point) . I asked if I could just leave the boxes with them. The two women working ( one dark haired younger woman, and a light hair middle aged woman) immediately told me I had to scan all of the boxes myself. When I asked if they could please help me they said I still needed to do it myself. When I refused to do so ( because I know they are able to do it) one of them says that they weren't a mail carrier or postal service. ( Darker haired woman) Something of that sort . The other one says that for next time I have to do it myself. ( lighter haired older woman) At least she said it with a smile but WOW. I was the ONLY customer in there and there were two of them in an air conditioned facility. I was blown away. What is your job then? I will never go back to this store. Never. I'm nervous my Mom's packages won't get to where they need to go now. I've worked in customer service all of my life and have even taught classes to employees. This store needs work. You never know what someone is going through and you should treat everyone with respect and kindness. Half the people going in there won't know how to do that themselves . That's why you are there. To do your job and help people. The only kind thing one of the ladies did was pick up one of the packages that fell off my stack ( dark haired young woman) so I will give her credit for that.
