They have a computer you can use to print the label yourself or you can email it to them and they'll print it for you. Then they always have the right envelope/package to ship it back. There were two employees working in the store when I came in, and I quickly found the self serve copier machine to print out my docs. Unfortunately though, both of their copiers were not operational and I was perplexed about what to do next. To e person who appeared to be in charge offered to print my documents behind the counter. I knew that the price to print behind the counter is somewhat higher than if you print with the self serve machines. Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. I was still some 20 yards from the desk,/! Who dared to exhibit true customer service skills in the year 2023? A new rival, or perhaps a 'ride or die' to join my customer service crusade?!? Quick tip: All you business owners out there - this is how you're supposed to welcome someone to your business (esp. post-covid). I responded in kind (from 20 yards out) and threw down the gauntlet: "Do you want to be a rock star" After a quick trip to Best Buy for a new laptop, I returned and asked if Andy had anything for me.
