I carried heavy packages into the storage exactly the way they were shipped to me. Shipments 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. They had not been opened. I got the qr code for the return label from the company, reassuring me only one code was needed. The ups manager refused to take them with the 1 QR code that was provided by the shipper. I had had to lug the heavy items back, call the shipper, waste 40minutes, redo the 2 qr codes because it was shipped to me in 2 packages. A week before I did the exact same process with no issues for 2 other packages in one order and already got my refund. Some people when they have a tiny power, they want to exercise it on customers to show their authority. Totally unfit to deal with customers. Terrible attitude, most unhelpful. I will never use the service again. Now I have to take these boxes again to another ups hopefully with better employees.

I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.

To answer the complaints above I will just say this, for somebody to not expect rates to go up over the years it's just dumb. It's bad business. 40 bucks over "years" is not a lot. My rent goes up every year where I am now. Sara was the manager and she was terrible at her job. You can probably tell by her response above how unprofessional she is but she is gone now and the girls that work there have really turned that office around and I've addressed all of the issues above. I always get prompt answers. I always know about my phone calls and messages and anything that comes through their office I know about. The trick is setting up a reliable system and that's really on you. For instance, the girls know that if they get a certain call, they take a message and send it to my email. Other calls they know to connect to me right away. And yet other calls they don't even bother me because they know how to answer based on a script that I gave them.

There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. My tasks of printing, faxing, shipping & a couple of treats came under $12. The neighborhood's friendly one-stop shop for all your mailing & then some needs.

Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.
