Very helpful new manager. I left my wallet there and he kept it safe for me and was very helpful with some printing.

Clueless employees make you wait forever for no reason. I don't know how they stay in business. Terrible service.

Disclaimer: I consider myself a 'customer service zealot'…read more I was in town visiting my parents, when I decided to visit some local BNI chapters while in the area. Fresh out of business cards on my drive up from Jacksonville, and had only 90 minutes before my first BNI meeting. As I walked off the mean streets of Tysons, VA, I was greeted with a hearty welcome. I was still some 20 yards from the desk,/! Who dared to exhibit true customer service skills in the year 2023? A new rival, or perhaps a 'ride or die' to join my customer service crusade?!? Quick tip: All you business owners out there - this is how you're supposed to welcome someone to your business (esp. post-covid). I responded in kind (from 20 yards out) and threw down the gauntlet: "Do you want to be a rock star" After a quick trip to Best Buy for a new laptop, I returned and asked if Andy had anything for me. His response: 'how about a box of spanking new cards?' During his reveal of said box's content (just like the ones I've HEARD are on YouTube). Uncle Mike, the proud owner of 250 sales opportunities , felt a sudden accumulation of moisture in one of his eyes, and reached this conclusion. Andy is not a rival, but indeed worthy of inclusion as a fellow customer service crusader! I've found my ride or die promotional material contact. Now it's your turn: 'come get some'! One day we'll likely have biz cards with embedded live action and audio. Geeks like me, and my spawn, can hearken back to the first time we saw the moving paintings in the halls of Hogwarts School of Magic and Wizardry. If so, here's how Andy's will probably go: https://youtu.be/xSLlZh9yelk FOLKS: Don't write reviews only when you're salty. Recognition of good or excellent service is what I like to tout. Avoid the Notary Services here! I used to avail of their great notary service for years, but on my…read morelast visit this past Thursday, October 22 at 6:25 pm, the lone, older, male Notary Public there, despite his friendly demeanor, gave me a lot of WRONG INFORMATION! 1st, he asked if I needed only my signature notarized or also the signatures of the witnesses. In the past, all the younger Notary Publics in the store had only notarized MY signature since I was the principal in the documents, and all the notarized documents were considered valid! Since the notarization fee has now risen from $5 to $10 PER signature, I would've spent $30 to have my signature notarized as well as the signatures of 2 witnesses PER document, and I had 5 documents to notarize, which would've totaled $150 in payment to this DISHONEST Notary Public! My husband said, he was just trying to make more money off of what he assumed was my ignorance. 2nd, he said that my husband could serve as a witness. Again, the younger Notary Publics there in the past had told me specifically that the spouse or any blood relatives of the principal could not serve as witnesses. I thought perhaps the rules had changed, so I double checked both these pieces of information online and true enough, they hadn't. The older notary public was WRONG on both counts! The signatures of witnesses DO NOT have to be notarized and close relatives cannot serve as witnesses. So if I had followed the info this guy had given me, he would've allowed my husband to serve as witness and gotten his money without any thought for the huge hassle & added expense I would have to go through when my notarized document would later on be rendered invalid with my spouse as witness. It's shocking how he failed to consider that his incorrect & misleading info could be verified online. Thankfully, I found a better Notary Public. Avoid this store at all costs!!
