She was very caring, and I could tell she truly loves her job. I mentioned that I didn't know UPS accepted Amazon returns, and she was happy to inform me that they do. The service was excellent, and I really appreciate when employees are friendly and genuinely care about their work. I hope the management of this UPS location recognizes her efforts and considers giving her some form of reward. I visited this store on February 6, 2026, at 9:05 AM.

It's a tiny store and stays pretty busy, so I don't expect them to be the happiest people in the world being stuck there all day. If you want your experience to go fast and cheap you should use the internet and learn so your package is ready to ship when you get there. Honestly, I wish I could rate the customers because many times low intelligence people get in line with no idea what they're doing and expect a free lesson in shipping when they get to the counter, holding up the line for everyone else looking to get their business done. Also, I think many people have gotten used to free shipping on everything and get mad when they actually learn how expensive it is to ship something. It's a solid ups store with a parking garage and street parking too.

    Let me be clear that my review is not necessarily about this particular FedEx location because when…read moreI've called customer service to file a complaint about a package not delivered they tell me they can't give the contact info for a specific distribution office and I just want to get my review out here...perhaps this office can forward this to the appropriate distribution center: Trying to receive a package that requires a signature is a nightmare with this company. For the second time in the past few months I have expected a package that needs a signature and it has to be in person. Day after day, the driver will leave a 'sorry we missed you' sticker on my door - but he didn't miss me, he never even tried. I live in a high rise and the drivers are required to leave packages at the door so what we found they've been doing is that if they have packages that don't require signatures they do drop those at the door, but if they need a signature, they don't even bring the package in because they don't want to take the time to get the signature. I've filed a complaint 3 times in the past 24 hours and the driver is still not delivering the package - but all 3 times they have reported that they attempted to do so and no one was at home -- each time, I've been here. I'm now hearing that there are incentives offered by FedEx for drivers who deliver their packages in the least amount of time which certainly can contribute to them coming up with ways to avoid taking time with any particular customer. (Whether this is true or not, corporate will have to respond.) Today, a driver reported on his system that he had made the attempt to deliver but no one was home - the photo he posted was of the front of the building - he never even came inside!!! I'm going to contact the sender and explain that they're paying FedEx for services that are not being fulfilled and suggest they not use FedEx for their shipping needs. They ship a tremendous amount so I'm very hopeful they will heed this because I'm guessing listening by the bigwigs will only occur if their pockets are affected.

    This is the worst UPS operation that I have ever experienced! And according to all the other…read morereviews I am not alone. Besides having horrible customer service and not customer facing, They tend to fabricate reasons that are not true for delaying delivery. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for a QVC delivery of a laptop. They have attempted to gaslight me for the last 5 days with a ridiculous story about not being able to walk up my cleaned and salted driveway. The irony is my Ring Camera (driveway and door) have not captured a UPS truck since before the last snow storm. I spoke to Daphine who is supposed to be the depot manager who was extremely unprofessional and prepared with her pocket of lies. I am amazed that they would allow some young girl who obviously does not have much experience to handle such a responsibility. I am only giving them a 1 star rating because this platform won't allow a 0 star rating. #hotmess

Tracked on line and found that the truck was only about 3/4 of a mile from my home. No truck. It is now 2:12 pm. 10/17/2025 and no package and nothing but AI generated babble to any question you ask it. As of this date I will notify and let anyone I order from to please send my pkg by FED X or US Postal service overnight. Better service. I need the part I am waiting for as my home is not secure due to needing this part to make it secure so I am not able to leave my home. I tried calling every number available for UPS and got nothing but tape records and hold times of well over an hour. NOT GOOD PUBLICITY. The only person I spoke with was someone in HR who told me I had the wrong extension. Asked to be transferred to someone in the corporate office and was told he was not able to do that. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS CAROL B. TOME' RUNNING? I will NEVER use UPS again. FED or USPS will be my go to for sending packages.
