Super convenient and al the staff gets it. Lines get long and they prioritize and speed up. Slow day, they will be personable and friendly. Bring your own box as their boxes are expensive. With returns, I'm in and out in less than a minute. read more

This is a super convenient location. This is a full service store. If you have a no label no packing code, they will box your items for you with an ease. Parking is a breeze outside of the shop. The store is spacious and the wait did not take a long time for me to be taken care of. Customer service was great here! I will come here now when I needed to return something or ship something out! read more

Short sighted lack of customer service. I needed 36" of packing tape to close a box. Rush, the person working the desk, demanded I buy an entire roll of overpriced packing tape they sale. I bought the tape but left the roll with him so other customers are not fleeced. read more

very helpful and friendly customer service. Brian offered great advice on a printing request I went to UPS to get completed.

this ups store has the worst customer service of any ups store i've ever gone to. the owner is incredibly rude. go to crown or kentlands. they are so nice and helpful. don't go here. read more

The best customer service in town! I was running late in traffic and wasn't going to make it before closing. I called and the woman who answered said she would stay open for me - told me to drive safely and she would wait. When I arrived I was greeted by a smiling Atoosa who helped me with my packages at the door - so happy and friendly. The type of service that is hard to come by! read more

When I called needing a last minute photo quality print of my artwork right at closing time, the store owners were kind enough to help me out! They were so kind and responsive and print came beautifully! Many Thanks!!! read more

I had the pleasure meeting the new owner Atoosa. She is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I also noticed they do notary services as well. The staff is so nice and extremely accommodating. It was a pleasure working with them to get two huge boxes packed correctly and mailed out. I definitely recommend them and will go back for my needs. Thank you for a great experience. read more

Great location. I do all my shipping through here. Wonderful service.

This is the best UPS store in the area. The staff are professional and courteous and I am so lucky to have this store near.

They lost my overnight package, I get that may be others are involved in the process. However I was told they do not work for UPS and it's not their problem read more

This UPS is very convenient and close to me, and I use them to return Amazon items. Happy that Amazon has them print the label, which makes it so easy for the customer. The UPS personnel is very efficient, and they are open every day. read more

The staff at this UPS store did a great job helping me sort out a complex shipping need. They are friendly and provide great customer service. They also did a great job with printing on canvas for me with excellent quality print, canvas and wood frame! read more

Had a very good experience! I had read the reviews of the nearby UPS locations and this one had the best reviews. Considering it was a week before Christmas and I had a big box to ship, I was pleasantly surprised to only have 2 people waiting when I arrived. I was greeted warmly and told that they would be right with me. I was out of the store within 7-8 minutes and on my way. Easy peasy. I will use this location in the future. read more

I frequently send small packages to friends and family. This is by far my "go to" shipping place. The gentlemen behind the counter (I) know their business (ii) are very very efficient (let's double click there: they are fast and friendly and fast and polite and fast and and courteous and fast) and (iii) I don't even address packages anymore because friends and family names and addresses previously shipped to are in the system. This looks like a generic UPS store but the guys running it fully have their acts together and that is a differentiator. read more

Kevin and Rush were so helpful in making sure I was able to get an Amazon return packaged up and sent back in time and even helped me out with a spare shipping box that they had. Thank you!! I've also used this UPS for shipping holiday packages and everything has always shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. read more

I really don't like to use UPS but I need to overnight something urgently. This one was a nice store, clean and neat. The asian guy was helpful and he told me I didnt have to write the address on the envelop unlike USPS. HA! I actually like USPS much more than UPS. The overnight cost $19.60! OMG. Oh well, what to do? read more

The services provided by the new store owners of UPS Store @ 12154 Darnestown Road, Gaithersburg, MD, exceeded our expectations. I have been in this store multiple times and honestly I do say that there is a lack of leadership and consideration for the customers at this store. The store is run by a husband and a wife and it is VERY clear that they have no business management skills whatsoever. I overheard a conversation that an employee was having with one of the owners regarding a situation with a customer. The employee was explaining how to resolve it and instead of being interested in the resolution, the owner just kept saying how THE MOST important thing to them are the reviews on the store. I do find this a bit troubling because they are more concerned about the image of the store more than the actual running and operation. The employees that work that are great and are very helpful but BOTH owners seem to not know how to do anything because they are constantly asking THEIR EMPLOYEES on how to do basic functions. I have also witness the husband of this store taking a young woman out of the store and THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS. I am not sure as to why because she wasn't combative and was very calm in speaking but you could only hear him yelling at her and it in turn made her and what looked like another male accomplice storm away out of anger and honestly, I DO NOT blame them. The store used to be run by another owner and quite frankly, I would prefer if it went back to that operator. The owners are rude, unknowledgeable about their job, only care about image and not customer service, and leave the running of their store to their employees. This is not a good look for the UPS business. read more

Tried to drop off my Comcast business equipment. Unfortunately I was told there systems are down and I have to go to another store or come back another day. I understand things happen but there should be a backup plan when systems go down rather then just telling people try again later or go somewhere else. read more

I arrived here a full 10min before they closed on a Sat and the doors were locked. I understand the feeling of not wanting to stay too late past your shift. But, I had two quick returns to make for Amazon that would have taken 5min at most. Unacceptable. read more

Customer service is above and beyond here. Dennis was so thoughtful and caring to my personal needs. Thanks. Keep up the great work!

Pretty quiet when I was there, but guy working there pretty nice, helped me send my package cheaply by sending via USPS instead of UPS, thought that was pretty honest of him read more

I often come to this location to ship packages and buy supplies for both work and home. The service is usually satisfactory, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. Yesterday, I was preparing a rather large intentional shipment for pickup that evening when I realized I needed an additional 24x24x24 box. It was 6:45PM, so I rushed to the store. I got there at 6:54PM, relieved, thinking that I was just in time to make my quick purchase so I could finish packing. I tried the door and to my surprise, it was ALREADY LOCKED. I could see a young man at the desk and I waved to him and pointed at my watch. He simply made an "X" gesture in front of him, I guess saying that they're closed. Annoyed, I again knocked on the door, pointing at my watch and mouthing "just one thing!" He ignored me and retreated to the back of the store and never re-emerged. Seriously..? Luckily, I ended up getting a free box from a nearby Lowes. I'll NEVER come here again. Head instead to the location at Downtown Crown. read more

The UPS Store - Tried to Snapchat a photo of the store hours saying the close at 7PM with a timestamp... #FAIL. Please see video - Printing Services Near Me - Gaithersburg, Maryland

I went in to return one of my amazon packages. As soon as I enter the door they welcomed me and ask how can they assist. I explained my situation and they took care of everything even labeling the box and taping it. One of the best UPS store i have been to. These 2 boys were very friendly and professional. read more

I don't use this location for printing since Staples offers many more options and better pricing. This review is for shipping and general customer service. The staff is friendly, there is rarely a wait and except for the prices (which they don't control), all of my experiences at this location have been good. read more

I called the store on 03/03/15 to check when there would be a notary in the store. I was told that they would be present on Saturday starting at 8:30am. I asked if I needed an appointment and the person said no. I confirmed that I would show up after 8:30am the following Saturday to have documents notarized. I arrived at 9am on Saturday 03/07/15 and was told that I was misinformed, the notary would not be in until 10:30am that day. I returned to the store at 10:40 am and the notary was still not there. I am very disappointed at the inaccuracy and tardiness shown by the employees of this UPS branch. read more

This store is great. They will tape up your boxes. Plus, if you send things to the same people, they have the address on file which speeds up the process. read more
