To the owner: charging $2 just to tape a customer's box sends the wrong message, especially to repeat customers who consistently support your business. I understand businesses have costs, but a few inches of packing tape is a minimal expense that goes a long way in building customer goodwill. Customer loyalty should matter. Policies like this make long-time customers feel nickel-and-dimed rather than appreciated. A small courtesy for repeat patrons would create far more value than the $2 collected for tape. Your employees are fantastic, so it is definitely managerial. Now I know why you're at 3.1 stars on Yelp as of the writing of this review. I hope you'll reconsider this policy. It's the little things that determine whether customers continue choosing your store or take their business elsewhere.

When I called to find out about a replacement, the woman on the phone quickly retrieved the information and gave me a very reasonable price for not only the mailbox, but it included changing it out and taking away the damaged one. The job was done in a week's time and it was a pleasant surprise to come home and see it all fixed and looking nice. This is one project/repair that went smoothly from start to finish. I had to ship the old one back to them. I applied the shipping label they provided and all I had to do was drop it off in the same shipping box and The UPS Store handled it - no charge and no fuss. I will say their faxing costs seem a tad on the steep side. I know they are a business and need to make money. I had an 11 page fax to send out today - and I guess the charge is $1.00 per page - as I paid $11.00 and change. Might be time to consider buying my own dedicated fax machine! In any case, the folks working here have always been prompt and courteous in assisting me!

The store is in a small shopping center with its own parking lot. Between construction work on Lee Highway directly in front of the store and a lot of movement in the shopping center's parking lot, the area was very congested. Once inside, there were two employees helping two customers, while I waited in line. The line was slow-moving but once I reached an employee, she was friendly and helpful. My actual transaction took less than a minute while the wait was closer to five. The shop was clean and well-organized.

Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really.
