While we were not…read morefamiliar with this particular UPS store, it was convenient as we would be passing through Warrenton on route to another destination. The store is in a small shopping center with its own parking lot. Between construction work on Lee Highway directly in front of the store and a lot of movement in the shopping center's parking lot, the area was very congested. Once inside, there were two employees helping two customers, while I waited in line. The line was slow-moving but once I reached an employee, she was friendly and helpful. My actual transaction took less than a minute while the wait was closer to five. The shop was clean and well-organized.

She got very, very rude very very aggressive about me and my shipment whether I accept it whether I sign for it that I can't check the contents to make sure that the $400 bottle of wine was not damaged since the box was damaged. she did not do customer service at all correctly! She in fact, made it that I will go somewhere else, especially since she got in my face about how this "the UPS store" was privately owned. Since it is a privately owned business, there is one down the street that I will use and is closer to my work and in fact from here on out, I will continue to tell people about the horrible experience I had today. I never had a problem with anybody before but this experience I will not use UPS again ever! Too many each other choices in the world to get my hard earned money

However for more than three days as of 7/29/26 half of their machines are out-of-order. This is a frequent problem. Long, long lines to use just one machine. And the machines are old. No Staples management effectiveness in keeping them up and running for customers.

I contacted him again on May 19th to be sure he was coming again the next day, because the situation is extremely bad: No response. It is the end of the day on May 20th, and he did not show up. He did not attempt to get back to me in anyway. I prepaid for a (small) portion of what should have been today's fix, and I now have a full blown bird mite infestation instead.

Hired C&F to pack and ship family heirloom furniture to TX and AZ from MD…read more The collection included About 20 pieces including a bowed front glass China cabinet, framed mirrors, tables, chairs, bookcases, and accessories in excellent condition. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. So, I'll continue to trust C&F without any concerns. Thanks C&F I'll be back

I had to ship the old one back to them. I applied the shipping label they provided and all I had to do was drop it off in the same shipping box and The UPS Store handled it - no charge and no fuss. I will say their faxing costs seem a tad on the steep side. I know they are a business and need to make money. I had an 11 page fax to send out today - and I guess the charge is $1.00 per page - as I paid $11.00 and change. Might be time to consider buying my own dedicated fax machine! In any case, the folks working here have always been prompt and courteous in assisting me!

Any respectable business would and all locations do that. But the location in greenbrier, and all Fedex locations, and even the post office... especially during non-busy hours will. 1) take your label a fix it to the box or bag. 2) seal the box or bag. And often do it after you leave to make drop off of Thoes items super easy. Not this location...you will be met with agents who want to explain how things have to be closed and you are responsible to do it...even though they have a FREE TAPE GUN RIGHT BEHIND THE REGISTER. It would have been one thing had the location been super busy...but I was the only person in the store. They could have taken the 30 seconds with their tape gun in front of me and sealed it. Even had they said we prefer items to be presealed before you walk up...but since you are here and buying product here you go.

This all began because I got scammed. to make a very long (3 month) story short, it caused what…read morewas left in our bank account to be frozen because we used on-line banking. Anyway, we live over an hour away from our bank so if we needed money (debit card was also frozen), we had to make that one hour plus drive just to be able to buy groceries etc. But then, someone suggested we go to Dok Klaus Computer Repair in Warrenton (another hour plus drive each way). But - we had to do something to get our bank to allow us to do on-line banking again. So I unplugged everything and off to Warrenton I went. And this is where my story changes from anger and tears to HAPPY tears! The minute we walked into the place I just knew we were where we needed to be. Everyone there knew exactly what had happened and what needed to be done. They were all truly sympathetic to our plight and assured us that "no, we were not the most stupid people on the planet". Sadly, this sort of thing happens WAY more than I realized. To try and close this up, each and every person there made me feel like I had nothing to worry about from that point forward - and they were RIGHT!! Not only did they scrub all the stuff the hacker had done to my computer, they also checked my phone and my iPad! They gave me a document I could take to the bank to get our on-line banking turned back on and a new debit card. I had questions but they answered each and every one as if they realized that even though they may have been simple questions they treated them and me as if they were all very impportant. I apologize for being so long winded, but I want to make sure that I get across the fact that these folks are all excellent (and caring) in everything they do. I hate that long drive to Warrenton but these guys are so good, and so helpful that I would drive twice that far just to get them for any of my computer needs. If you're having any issues - don't hesitate- call them up and I promise you will be glad that you did. As far as I'm concerned they get 5 stars. They deserve more than 5, but 5 was as high as the rating scale went. One quick last thing: everyone I met there could answer any question I asked - they didn't have to turn to someone else for the answer - they were all excellent and up-to-date on everything I asked about. So, honestly I'm really stopping now, but I just had to say one more THANK YOU for all that you did, and for your superb attitude. Your customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced from a company such as this. WAY TO GO GUYS - you are all my new "super heroes".

Well, animal control came and took my dog and put her down. Thanks Tom! And Jim, I think he is brain dead. He doesn't even know that a post office is a federal agency. He couldn't even give me a complaint form that all federal agencies must have at the counter. He said there's no complaint form. The post master is never there. Id like to have a job like that. But in reality the pm is there but doesn't take any calls because they know they are a piss poor excuse for a post office.
