While we were not…read morefamiliar with this particular UPS store, it was convenient as we would be passing through Warrenton on route to another destination. The store is in a small shopping center with its own parking lot. Between construction work on Lee Highway directly in front of the store and a lot of movement in the shopping center's parking lot, the area was very congested. Once inside, there were two employees helping two customers, while I waited in line. The line was slow-moving but once I reached an employee, she was friendly and helpful. My actual transaction took less than a minute while the wait was closer to five. The shop was clean and well-organized.

She got very, very rude very very aggressive about me and my shipment whether I accept it whether I sign for it that I can't check the contents to make sure that the $400 bottle of wine was not damaged since the box was damaged. she did not do customer service at all correctly! She in fact, made it that I will go somewhere else, especially since she got in my face about how this "the UPS store" was privately owned. Since it is a privately owned business, there is one down the street that I will use and is closer to my work and in fact from here on out, I will continue to tell people about the horrible experience I had today. Hired C&F to pack and ship family heirloom furniture to TX and AZ from MD…read more The collection included About 20 pieces including a bowed front glass China cabinet, framed mirrors, tables, chairs, bookcases, and accessories in excellent condition. Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. But the location in greenbrier, and all Fedex locations, and even the post office... especially during non-busy hours will. 1) take your label a fix it to the box or bag. 2) seal the box or bag. And often do it after you leave to make drop off of Thoes items super easy. Not this location...you will be met with agents who want to explain how things have to be closed and you are responsible to do it...even though they have a FREE TAPE GUN RIGHT BEHIND THE REGISTER. It would have been one thing had the location been super busy...but I was the only person in the store. They could have taken the 30 seconds with their tape gun in front of me and sealed it. Even had they said we prefer items to be presealed before you walk up...but since you are here and buying product here you go.
