Then proceeds to take a look for 5 minutes in my finished basement and does nothing in terms of patching or any other solution. Doesn't bother to look again at the exact spot the snake previously was. When asked if there are the possibilities for others was summarily dismissed. He chose not to inspect the upstairs for penetration points or the attic if other snakes would be present. We proceed outside, points out a very obvious hole between the brick and a joint for the deck. Then walks around points out the possibility of entering where wires from the AC unit run, but does nothing to address. Walks around and gets "distracted" by fruit trees 50 ft away from the house and says "yeah i get distracted easy" Then proceeds to tell me to patch the hole and to call him back if anything enters. All of this in under 20 min. Went with him based on yelp reviews but did not get anywhere near value for a inspection/setup fee.

Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! I do not write reviews often so when I do it's because I value my dollar and do not want others taking advantage. Sadly, I was referred to Jesse James by another company who could not get to me sooner so I'll have to also let them know about my experience so others do not have my same fate! And do not lie and say you were not given access to the interior of the house (like you did in your response to me on Google). If you would've called me back or responded to my emails - had a conversion about any of this you would have heard the truth. Review our invoice that states exactly what we said no to - upcharges your technician tried to sell us for exterior gates around the vents. This is exactly why your customer service is horrible. You as the owner weren't even respectful enough to respond and let me know hey this is what my technician told me but what actually happened? Again, absolutely horrible - all around hands down despicable service and an even more terrible leader who would rather hide behind a computer and lie on the internet than face the truth!

DO NOT trust this company for bird exclusion services…read more We paid $350 after their technician showed us video of birds actively flying in and out of our house. Another crew later came out, claimed there were "no birds, just twigs," sanitized the area, installed a metal cover, and left. Now there are flies surrounding the covering, birds trying to get back inside, and we can still hear chirping and movement in the wall/vent area. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. Terrible communication, conflicting explanations, and a complete waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable.

The last straw was when they started to scratch through the drywall in my bedroom ceiling. After calling several pest control people, they could not find how the squirrels were getting up there. But when I finally found Burt, I knew I was talking to someone who knew what he was doing and specialized in dealing with these types of problems. Service was provided on July 7th for an insect and mice control. First the good: the people setting…read morethe appointment were prompt and polite, and the technician that came out was also polite and friendly. The bad: we asked the technician to not use glue traps, and asked if any were used around the house. He said no, and said they were spring traps only. Not only did he set glue traps and several locations around the house, because he didn't disclose the use, he didn't disclose where the traps were set, so we have had to hunt around the house ourselves to remove them. We personally don't like using glue traps as they are inhumane and stated our preference for spring traps instead. Furthermore, today I found a centipede and one of the areas where he said at he sprayed, which as of this writing is less than 2 weeks after the service.
