Unfortunately, the rat escaped the following day when they returned to retrieve the trap. However, they came back again at no additional charge, replaced the bait, and provided us with a clear plan moving forward. During that visit, they also discovered a dead rat under our refrigerator (we're not sure how long it had been there). Thanks to their responsiveness and thoroughness, we now have real peace of mind. We're very happy with their service and plan to continue using them.

Dont sign up with them they do not honor any part of their contract. Shady business practices, shady company.

I primarily started with them because a veteran owns it, then kept them because of the 5 star services they have been providing me for years. My rental home had mice way back in the day, I was living there at the time and my wife was not having it and needed them gone FAST. Scratching in the walls and so on. The home is a 1959 and from what they said in VA this is expected. We have a fire pit and we kept a cord of wood close to the house and that's where they were having the time of their life - until winter that is, then they came in for warmth and food. I called SPRK and the company owner came and evaluated the property himself (not a flash in and out, he was very thorough). He easily located the places that they could enter the home and took care of them. He placed bait stations all around the outside of the home and several inside in key areas. Within 2 - 4 weeks everything was silent. No scratching, nothing in the basement running around, nadda. Happy family! Cut to years later, now it's a rental and we had some not-so-clean folks renting the house and they brought in among other things, you guess it - friggin' roaches. We lived there 9 years and NEVER had a bug besides a spider or an ant here and there. The worst part is they never said anything and we walked into this festering issue when the house was empty. I 911 called SPRK that day and the next day they came out beat the sh*t out of the problem with some great spray treatments and bait stations, hence they eradicated the problem. Since the house is a single family home AND not connected to anyone else the problem was taken care of swiftly. Had it been a row house or town home that could have posed more issues with controlling them. Now I maintain the inside monthly service and the quarterly outside rodent prevention service and everything Is great now (AGAIN). Bottom line is, if you want a PERSONAL pest service that get's the job done, hire them. If you call or email them you will get a person quite promptly. HOWEVER, If you want some huge national franchise pest company that has new people every week and could care less when or if the pest issue is corrected then these folks are not for you. We called on Sunday and they agreed to come out Monday. They were told it was a high nest but on Monday showed up with no ladder. My wife said he comically tried to stand on the hood of his truck to spay the nest but failed. He said that they would send a 2 man team out the next day to deal with it and do our initial spray. By Thursday no one had contacted us so both my wife and I called and they told us that someone would call on Friday to make sure it was taken care of. No one called. So Sunday I called again to ask about service and was given a Monday appointment between 8:30-10. No one showed up so I called and got a managers number. James Murphy. I called James and left a frustrated voicemail. It was a frustrated voicemail not mean or angry. Then I drove to work and tried to call again and found out HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. So I called the 800 number again and asked if I could get his managers number. I called Justin Hoover and have yet to hear back. Do not use Orkin if you live in the Leesburg Area. Absolutely ridiculous. Orkin should shut down this branch. I have literally been on the phone for hours and miss hours of work to get absolutely no response. I will find a local company and will never recommend Orkin to anyone.
