We have been with Mike for over 3 years. He's been great -- anytime we need anything, he schedules something quickly and usually comes within a few days (if not the next day). Mike from Antex Pro responded quickly to a yellow jacket infestation that was just past my overhang soffit and was beginning to soften the drywall ceiling in my dining room near the wall of my house. We could hear the buggers at different times of the day and it was freaking out my wife. Mike came out and tried a spot treatment prior to tearing into the soffit. When that did not work, he came back the next day, opened the soffit, killed the nest and removed it. By the way this was a job 18 feet above the ground and it was a hot humid day. When you have mice in your house it is obviously a big concern. Mike not only made us feel comfortable with the direction he was advising but also was very professional and trustworthy. In fact, we paid him after the 1st visit with his word he would return if the traps didn't work. The traps didn't end up working as the mice were too small (ate all the peanut butter right off the trap). We called him up and he was right back as promised with new traps. In fact, he even moved our fridge and dishwasher out to patch up holes. I would definitely recommend and use him again if needed. read more

Mike is a nice guy and shows up when he says he will for the most part but I was less than impressed with the overall experience. We had a problem with some mice and he set some traps, put two metal things on the corner or our garage, and sprayed some foam in gaps which I had to trim down. He sprayed our yard for bugs as well and that seemed to work ok for the most part. I mentioned that I. Needed to power wash the house and he said that he could do it for a certain amount. I agreed because I was short on time and this is what I really regret. He came over and washed the house but when he got to the sunroom, he sprayed directly up at the roof and water got into the walls. A month or so later, we had a decent mold problem because of the heat and we had to pay to have it remedied along with repairing the walls. He also helped himself to my gasoline in the garage for his power washer and never replaced it. Then on top of that, he left the side gate open when he was done and my dog ended up escaping our yard. Luckily she didn't get very far and we found her in the neighbors front yard. Mike came over and initially denied the water damage. Luckily it was pouring that day and I told him that the walls would be wet today if we had a leak, yet they were bone dry. I showed him some quotes on the mold and he suggested that he would repair it himself. I almost allowed that to happen but decided that I didn't want him touching my house and went with a licensed contractor. Lesson learned here. Don't take people at their word that they know how to do services that they don't list on their company profile. read more

I highly recommend In Home Pest Management. Mike was great and thorough in his explanation of some of the problems at my mom's home! His prices were competitive compared to what other pest control companies charge. He got rid of a hornets nest that was in a very difficult place to reach. He even went the extra mile and inspected the house for termites, which technically should've been a separate appointment. He ended up coming back and treated the termite problem in mulch which had been laid down by a separate landscaping company. He is very reliable and does exactly what he says he's going to do. I like nature. I just like it outside. This time of year, nature likes to try to find its way inside. We've been using Mike's services for about two years to keep insects at bay but this season presented some new challenges as small rodents have found their way into the basement. Mike responded promptly to our call and helped us to identify evidence of their ingress (read: droppings) and nests (read: chewed up insulation). He laid some traps then walked the perimeter of the house identifying half a dozen inlets. For a VERY reasonable rate (and let's be honest, is there a price someone wouldn't pay?) he replaced vent covers, replaced seals, and closed up the ingress points. Unbeknownst to me prior, Mike also offers handyman services and can repair some of the damage caused by various critters. He and Lindsey operate a first class establishment with a hallmark of outstanding service. We will be continuing to call on them to keep the woods... in the woods. read more

Mike.is.the.real.deal. All the reviews are true, In Home Pest Management is awesome. Our first call was to Lindsay and she was super friendly and helped provide us a ton of pet advice. Next Mike came to our house and solved our flea problem (came with our new shelter cat). We tried treating the problems for weeks but finally resorted to bringing in a professional. We received a couple quotes, but Mike was simply the most genuine and confident. His warranty is solid and he wants to make sure you are satisfied 100%. The one positive is that they called me back within an hour of my initial call. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them. They never showed up, nor did they call to explain why, or to ask to reschedule. I called 30 minutes before the end of the two-hr window to see if they were coming still, then an hour later, then another hour later. Our job (call center) had found bed bugs during an inspection and made us work from home and to keep our jobs, get our homes inspected and treated. American Pest was the company they used and recommended but they wanted to charge us 350-450 for a K9 inspection that would not go towards treatment and our job would not reimburse us, additionally our job gave us a short deadline and we had to provide documentation that there was an inspection that they said they could only do with a K9. We found In Home Pest who inspected our home the same day we called for $55 and provided us with documentation that they inspected and found no evidence of bedbugs. Our inspector was so great and friendly, showed us where to look and what to look for, he was so thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He saved our jobs and we are so thankful. Hi All, I thought I share my story with you all. The owner (Mike) and whoever the lady is on the phone were professional and nice when they wanted my business and so I can sign. After reading this misleading reviews, I signed up and fell for the small talk. FIRST TIME CALL BEING A CUSTOMER: I had called them for a couple days over a holiday weekend. Keep in mind, they advertise 24/7. I could not get them to pick up their phone or call me back. At one point, I called 9 times in a row where they turned off their phone. I then had to follow up after the holiday because they were not going to follow up at all. Mike shows up to my door and the first thing I said to him was, I have a issue with what has transpired. He disregards things I was saying about my first call experience as a customer and emphasized on how if he has a appointment he will be there. Yet, he makes claims that due to how busy they were, they took a couple days off. Would you not just communicate that to a customer or stop with the 24/7 advertisement? He questions which number I was calling but yet, called me from the number the morning of the service. This was when he was 5 minutes away running later of course. No apologizing, no accountability, nothing. However, I thought at that time, we had moved forward and hopefully it does not happen again. After this point, i have not had a need to call them yet. Out of the blue, he cancels my service. I get a alert for a 250.00 charge. I reach out to him to see what the heck is going on. He tells me over and over again, that he has me on recording asking to cancel the service. He sends me files of another person calling him. In the recordings, not once is there a cancel being requested but pricing for cancellation or fees for service. I continue to call him to figure this out, again, ZERO accountability for poorly running his business. He than continues to stick with his side of the story. This guy got a call from someone NOT me, and it was so easy for them to request something under my account that he did not ask for anything writing, verify who he was talking to, and on top of it, he would refund the mistake they made. I told him that i would send him my phone records which show no one calling him on Thursday, accept for when they called me and i called back. This was all after they unlawfully charged my card and took zero accountability for fixing it. He wanted me to sympathize with him b/c he has gone through a lot of fraud activities in the past. Does that make sense to you all that a business that makes mistakes is asking for their customers to be sensitive as if they are the victim but yet they are the one committing these idiotic mistakes. MY RECOMMENDATION: - They have displayed poor business practice - They do not have any security in place to access your account - Anyone can call and they will just do with out any verification. - ZERO accountability or fixing their mistakes. Once they take your money or unlawfully charge you - they will tell you its your fault. - Not professional at all - Never answer their phones other then the first week of being a customer (maybe) I did fall for the small talk but later have had to go through all this with out even being involved. I see this company getting civil lawsuits coming their way from many customers very soon. Save your money and do not fall for this type of service offering. there are many companies out there that can better provide services (I am sure). Please do not fall for the reviews. I understand they are good but they are good because they have signed up and not yet needed these guys to come out. As much as I know people make mistake but they conversation and actions after the mistakes tells me a lot of people. Having a bird in your dryer is not ideal anytime, but especially during COVID quarantine. I called another service at 9am and was promised a call in an hour... six hours later, I finally got a call and they said they could come out in FIVE DAYS. It was a challenge to find services that will deal with birds, but I'm so glad I found In Home Pest.
