Based on my appearance and accent, I could not help but feel that I was met with impatience, disrespect, and verbal aggression that I strongly believe would not have been directed at a customer perceived as white, Black, or more "American-looking." The experience felt racially charged and dismissive, and it left me shaken. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. There were just two people ahead of me in tue line, and the three employees were able to help move the line along. I also needex to print out and then scan an important document in order to email it.
