    Stopped in for a quick print job and the staff is clueless on printing. Painful! I do not recommend using any print services here. Ever!

Try the FieldPrint Sterling* location. The tech is put-off every step of the way.   She lacks the skillset to guide and assist in obtaining good prints, but rather replaces that with repeated scolding and annoyance.   The equipment is unable to capture images accurately and efficiently and require multiple, multiple takes to render useable image. Be prepared to be frustrated. The manager is unprofessional with a mercurial temper, shouting insults in attempts to gas light individuals that objects to being treated in his bizarrely volatile fashion.  He problem solves by pointing fingers and belligerently belittling the very people that he is contracted to serve.   The outfit takes advantage of the fact that the people receiving their service are not the party that pays them.  They abuse their privileges to serve a clientele who is about to enter government work force.   This is a text book case of bad business practices.  They openly flaunt the fact that there is a layer of bad performance insulation between stake holders as a 2nd tier sub-contractor of the US government.   This is a text book case of how reduced direct accountability can go wrong in small insular operations. Report their misconduct to your case officer, HR and FieldPrint through the FP phone tree. *After nightmare experience here I went to the Sterling FieldPrint location and all I can say is I was blown away! The owner/tech was professional, knowledgeable and hands-on in obtaining good prints. Got in and out in under 10 min and smiled all the way home.

    Had to stop in here to pick up a package that UPS attempted to deliver three times. The company…read morethat sent me the package specified that UPS get a "signature from a live person" or words to that effect. Meaning I could not sign one of their forms and leave it on my door and expect them to leave the package. So I stopped in here on my way home from the Airport. It was after 5:00 pm - so I had no idea how long the lines would be. Turns out I was able to get in quickly, provided my tracking number and Drivers license to the lady at the counter, she retrieved my package, and I was out in less than 5 minutes.     The Chantilly UPS is the WORST UPS center. Everywhere else people rave about how UPS is their…read morepreferred service - but Chantilly is a disgrace. Packages thrown onto the front porch (we have video), always talking on the phone (I hope the UPS drivers wife gets Everything in the divorce!) and if there is a hint of weather - our packages are delayed at least a week, with daily email updates saying they will deliver the next day, but they can't seem to get around to it. How can a company like UPS keep such poor management in place. (Of course UPS grants their victims the privilege of picking up their packages - IF you pay for it. Nothing says 'we love our customers' like holding packages for ransom.) I've gotten to the point where I do my best to choose businesses who do not use UPS - which is Horrible, as it's not their fault that they will be judged by the abysmal performance of the Chantilly UPS. (Is shipping really free when your package takes 1 week to get 5 miles and you end up buying from another business in between?)

    Customer Review - UPS Store, Chantilly, VA…read more I am writing this review to document a deeply disappointing and unsettling experience at this location. I visited the store to return six Amazon items. At the counter, I was handed three receipts covering only four items. When I calmly pointed out that two items were missing from the receipts, the associate became visibly frustrated rather than helpful. After taking time to match the items one by one, it became clear that one of the receipts I was initially given did not belong to me, and my correct receipt had been left on his side of the counter. Instead of acknowledging the mistake professionally, the associate tore up the incorrect receipt, handed me the one that should have been provided earlier, and then abruptly told me "not to come back to the store ever again." I was shocked--not only by the error, but by the tone, body language, and hostility shown during the interaction. I responded that there would indeed be no reason for me to return. What made this encounter especially troubling was the way I was treated throughout the exchange. Based on my appearance and accent, I could not help but feel that I was met with impatience, disrespect, and verbal aggression that I strongly believe would not have been directed at a customer perceived as white, Black, or more "American-looking." The experience felt racially charged and dismissive, and it left me shaken. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, the mistake was compounded by unprofessional conduct, a lack of accountability, and behavior that made a customer feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. No customer should leave a retail establishment feeling humiliated or targeted simply for asking for accurate receipts for a legitimate transaction. I am confident that this store has interior security cameras. If there is any question about the accuracy of what I have described above, the events of today can be verified clearly through the video footage. The interaction, tone, body language, and sequence of events should all be evident on camera. Given this experience, I have lost trust in this location and in the brand as a whole. I will no longer be using UPS services moving forward.
