Fast forward 7ish years this facility has gone downhill like no other. The attendants are Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb. Hiring teens who can't say hello, look into your eyes, say thank you, be bothered at all. They have no customer service experience whatsoever. And the owner hires these employees and must expect very little. I came in wanting to send a very heavy boxed item on a UPS company account through this UPS store. The owner tried telling me he couldn't do that cause they would charge him..... um... not my problem, work it out with UPS or take the UPS off of your store name. I admittedly had a fit with the owner... (really this establishment should have had this review when they started cutting corners years ago but haven't till now) he is rude, dismissive, lacking integrity, and has a major ego. I told him his business was going downhill which he could not comprehend. An older guy at the counter agreed with me aloud "This is the UPS store, you should be able to do it and this place is so bad they don't have wifi or service so you can't pull up your labels." (I confirmed this by having to step outside to pull up the address it was going to.) I will never- ever, ever, ever, ever, set foot in this place again, the owner needs to take a look at the operations from the Mt. Airy UPS store or the Damascus UPS store, or Westview Frederick UPS store, all examples of more competent employees that seem happy and to work as a team. They must have good management. ‍. For some reason they are able to run a UPS store, why can't you Urbana??? People put up with this type of behavior in stores for way too long. Not me anymore. The big-size paper tabloid 11*17 was selected for copying, and most of the time, someone always helped cut out the excess bottom length from the paper using the Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer/Cutter available in the store. This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. Sadly it arrived very broken so I called Chioneso right away and sent an email with several pictures of the damaged box, thin packaging, and the broken lamp. Naturally, she was surprised and she would file a claim with UPS for me. She was very nice and told me Parcel Handy would make this right. I have been calm, courteous, and patient with every interaction. It has now been 6 months since it was shipped to me. Numerous phone calls and emails over the last 6 months have provided me with no compensation of any sort, and now it goes straight to voice mail when I call. So now I am out over $400 for a lamp that I did not break and can't fix. EDIT: 05/11/2022 Chioneso and Parcel Handy has fully reimbursed me and I am satisfied. She told me she got busy and simply forgot. I take her at her word and will likely do business with Parcel Handy in the future.

Unfortunately, after a 6 hour move, mostly done by myself and my friends that I had to panically call for help the move from hell was finished -- it was a 5 mile move.
