There have been times when I wanted to drop off an Amazon return quickly, but had to back up and find parking elsewhere. Then, the amount of people can be overbearing sometimes. There has been who-knows how many times I would wait in line and the person in front doesn't know how to package, ship, or understand the cost of overnighting something. When there is only about 1 person working all the time, it is just baffling how this can remain sustainable with such a growing population. It really needs to expand. The location is good, but the size needs to increase. Of course, there are some down times which makes this place convenient. You can go and freely park and enter and finish within minutes. Those are the best, but most of the time, you have to expect you're going to get blindsided by parking, waiting, and figuring out how to leave. As for their other services, such as lock boxes. It is not bad. A bit pricey for it and not really online friendly. I would have liked more notifications of mail coming in - not just packages.
