This is my second time ordering from PRNT, the first time I worked with Jung at their old location…read morewho made some shirts for my teammates for my college homecoming 2 years ago. I came up with the design and he put it to work, turned everything around in about a week or so. This most recent order I worked with Peter who is just as awesome to work with as Jung was. This time around it was also for my college homecoming however not as big an order, this time it was only for 3 pieces (two hoodies and a sweatshirt). Again I came up with 3 different designs and sent them as PSD files to Peter in an email which was super late Friday night/ Saturday morning. The catch is this time, I needed them turned around pretty quickly, meaning that I needed them by the following Thursday as I was headed out of town for my college homecoming again. He had everything wrapped and bagged up for me when I arrived. As I was doing a lot of running around and tying up loose ends I couldn't make it to the store before they closed....Peter was kind enough to stay a few minutes late so that I could still pick them up. To top it all off, Peter and Jung are both fellow sneakerheads as well! I couldn't be more happier with both times I've worked with PRNT. Received a lot of "where did you get that from" and "where can I buy one" at homecoming this year. Thanks again fellas!!!! I'll definitely be back again!!!

Let me tell you this....There isn't many people like Jung and PRNT in the industry. Here are the top 3 reasons why I recommend this shop. 1. Capable of quick turn around times- We needed 250 t-shirts printed in two locations with in 4 business days. They executed several hours in advance and had all the boxes ready for pick up by the time my customer stopped by their location. 2. 5 Star communication I'm always nervous when it comes to deadlines, but they were able to settle my nerves by keeping me updated along the way! 3. High quality & vibrant prints Though I wasn't able to see the print(just being honest), my customer sent me pictures of them wearing the t-shirt and were beyond stoked. From what I saw, they looked amazing and my customer really enjoyed them...That's what matters most:-) Jung and the PRNT team, we appreciate you!!!!!!!! Keep killing it!!!

I chose this printer based on a referral from someone who has been in the paper industry for over…read moretwo decades, so I came in with a level of trust and confidence in the recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I initially visited the shop in person to look at paper samples. It took a little while before anyone acknowledged that I was there and came over to assist me, although the gentleman who eventually helped me was very nice. The issues began with the estimate and subsequent invoice. The original estimate listed two different paper types without clearly indicating the final total. When I received the new invoice, I noticed that I appeared to be charged for two types of paper rather than just the one I had selected. I reached out for clarification because the pricing also differed from what I had been told in person. During my visit, I had understood that choosing the thinner paper would make the order less expensive. I was subsequently told that the paper I selected was actually more expensive. My concern was never about the small dollar amount difference. I was simply trying to understand the discrepancy between the information I received in person and what was reflected in the estimate and invoice. I also had to follow up to obtain the payment link after being told I would receive an invoice and payment instructions. What disappointed me most was the response I received: "We actually gave you a good price." Rather than acknowledging the conflicting information or apologizing, the comment came across as defensive and dismissive. Even if the business believed I was complaining about the price, that would not justify responding to a customer that way. Asking for clarification about an unclear invoice and inconsistent pricing information is a reasonable thing for a customer to do. After I explained my concerns, the business acknowledged that I was correct, apologized for the confusion, and offered to honor the original price on the paper I had selected. I appreciate that they ultimately made that offer, but it does not erase the experience that led to it. Ultimately, this was not about the cost of printing. It was about clear communication, accountability, and how a business treats its customers when a reasonable question is raised. Given the referral through which I found this business, I expected a more professional and customer-focused experience.

The first time I came here I worked with a gentleman who was friendly and very helpful…read more The next time I visited this printing store, I felt like my presence was a terrible inconvenience to them. The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.

T-Shirt/Tank Order:…read more I originally would have placed my order through CustomInk.com but I was referred to this business by a Landon Employee. About 98% of the business was done over email (since that was the best form of communication for me) and nothing was lost in translation. I worked with Rose and she was able to help me with exactly the style I was looking to accomplish. Everything was clear and prices were consistent with what their catalogs reflected. We placed an order of 18 tanks and then 1 more was added towards the end. Nothing was ever an issue, not even with the design I wanted or the individual nicknames I wanted on the back of each tank. The tanks tops were done in 1 week and the one that was ordered last was done the next day. I appreciated the quick and reliable service. The tank tops look fantastic. Very happy customer. I recommend!
