They also offer many services, they are NOT the post office. Similar to being in line at a bank, customers usually need guidance and instructions to get what they want. And the staff can't rush customers. But they do deal with many rude customers. I go there not expecting a "fast food" experience. Since I am also at the USPS PO often, the service time there isn't any quicker. Same if you have to wait at FedEx for assistance.

By that point I'd removed and reinserted the same battery a couple of times just to check the model--and when I returned to my car, it finally worked.
