I wanted some of the documents I scanned shredded and the staff made sure to ask if I wanted to watch while they discarded those papers. I had a couple items to ship and the staff member I worked with helped minimize the overall cost with smaller boxes. Note, in many cases, you will be required to pay for filling ($9.99) if you ship with FedEx. My only complaint about this location is the complex it is in; lots of loitering. :/

Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative.
