About 98% of the business was done over email (since that was the best form of communication for me) and nothing was lost in translation. I worked with Rose and she was able to help me with exactly the style I was looking to accomplish. Everything was clear and prices were consistent with what their catalogs reflected. We placed an order of 18 tanks and then 1 more was added towards the end. Nothing was ever an issue, not even with the design I wanted or the individual nicknames I wanted on the back of each tank. The tanks tops were done in 1 week and the one that was ordered last was done the next day. I appreciated the quick and reliable service. The tank tops look fantastic. Very happy customer. With this in mind, I gave Sunny Signs a call with a project that needed to be completed within a 24 hour timeframe. Initially, I came with a design for vinyl decal that needed to have very precise dimensions and print quality. Will, the owner, let me come into the shop while they were busy and printed me proofs on the spot to make sure the final product would be exactly what I needed. This was unexpected and out of their way in order to provide great customer service to their new customer. In addition, I gave them a second project the same day for stickers. Print quality was made sure to be spot on before I left the door. The greatest part of this experience was that I was promised the prints by 3pm the next day and they were ready at 10am. I have had individual house cleaners, small and large company cleaners, but never have I had the efficient, detailed cleaning as I had with Two Maids and a Mop. Whatever you do, don't agree to automatic scheduling because they won't let you opt out of it. Nor will they let you cancel appointments, however much notice you give. I cancelled an appointment two weeks in advance, BOTH by phone and by email. Then two days before the cancelled appointment, they emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, as if it were still scheduled. When I emailed them to protest, they replied that the message was sent in error by a former employee. (This was implausible, but fine: no harm done.) Then, two days later, at the time of the cancelled appointment, the cleaners came anyway. I wasn't available then, so I had no choice but to send them away. I called the company to complain about their aggressive practices and to rebuke them for wasting their cleaners' time, but they neither answered the phone nor replied to a subsequent email I sent. Avoid them!!!!!!

I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.
