If you're looking for quality service at a fair price, go someplace else. I brought an expensive Spanish photo to be framed, and I even brought my own carved frame, so all I needed was a matte, a fillet, and a piece of glass. THEIR PRICETAG: $593.00. I can't believe I agreed to that, but when I saw the way it was framed, I was shocked. The photo was set way too high in the frame, nothing like what an experienced framer would place. When I explained that this was not what I asked for, they offered to fix it FOR $150.00 MORE. Nope, not again. Seriously, go somewhere else or you'll probably regret it. read more
