Shopping nearby I decided to stop in here and see if maybe I could find some frames and make those dreams of mine come true. Short story here, I didn't. They were having a sale on frames, but it appeared that everyone else had the same idea as I did, or maybe they all needed the same size as I did. Each area I would go to the size I needed was gone. With Michaels being one of the few stores where everything they have is on the shelves, I was out of luck here. I have to say, I was amazed, however, with the way they were able to cram a whole store into this space. It is not your conventional setup for a Michaels and they somehow managed to get the whole store in here.

The price we were quoted didn't match what we were ultimately charged, which was frustrating. Even worse, both frames were returned damaged and in sloppy condition. To their credit, they tried to clean things up and did offer a discount because of the damage, but the outcome was still disappointing. Overall, we are very let down by how everything turned out. Make sure there are enough people (more than one) if you are having large pieces picked up.
