Knowing that I need frames for at least 5 paintings I stopped by to look at what is available. Right of the bat I was told they work by appointment only. I told the lady ok, can I just look at the wall of frames and see if anything interests me and I want to make an appointment. Because if I don't see anything I like then what is the point to make an appointment and drive back here from where I live. So I found a frame that I thought was interesting. I pulled out my phone to find a picture of the painting that I was thinking to match it with. The lady cam up to me and said no pictures please and asked me to leave and make an appointment. I was shocked as it is not like I need her help to determine if it would work for my painting. She had no clients in the store and while I am seating here in the parking lot writing this review for the past 15 min no one came in for the appointment either. How do you do business with people like that? Seems like she just didn't care. All I can say it is probably not her business because otherwise it just wouldn't make any sense. The flooring store next door has an amazing customer service btw! Learn from your neighbor!

Enter the purchase of LA BLOB- after years of obsessing over this movie poster, I finally pulled the trigger and bought it. When I unwrapped it, the entire poster took up my QUEEN BED. I was completely overwhelmed and asked a friend (artist and framer) where I could possibly take such a thing. He responded immediately with Allen framers. Harry worked to find me a wonderful frame that would complement the poster and helped with the install. The first job I had him do was with the cover of the Washington Nationals first opening day program. I added some baseball cards to it along with my ticket. When I went to pick it up he showed me the back of the frame . He had mounted it such that he could put glass on the back around the baseball cards so that I could see the stats on the back. It is that kind of creativity that ensures you get what you want. When I got married my wife (who is VERY particular) needed some things framed. I sent her to Tony. Now that is the only place we both go when we need something framed!
