He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

Making an online appointment could NOT have been easier. I got there about 13 minutes early, filling out the iPad form took five minutes, the actual printing is done optically and sent digitally to NICS and other agencies. I had my receipt and was on my way fifteen minutes after arrival. Worth every penny.

For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use.
