This was the only office supply store that was open on a holiday, and I'm super thankful for that…read more I just needed to print out some documents for an early morning appointment that I have for the day after Memorial Day. The big chain office supply store where I usually go was closed, in fact all of their branches were closed. I did a search and this place popped-up. It was well worth the 3 Mile drive to come here and take care of my business. I also received a little help from an Associate who directed me to their self serve copier and printer, and she gave me some basic instructions. There were a few customers in the store which shows that life goes on, even during a national holiday. Had I not been able to print what I needed, there would have been drama tomorrow morning, as I don't own a printer.

First, I want to clear up some miss-understandings from many of these 1 Star reviews. UPS is a…read morebusiness, business's need to make money. They do not make enough money on Amazon returns alone, and Amazon CLEARLY states when the item needs to be completely packaged and labeled. If you do not follow the instructions UPS can provide you the materials and services, but they will be at a cost and this is how they make money to stay open. The above said, I have had nothing but great service from this location which I use several times a week. I will admit, there are two gentlemen who do not put on a smile and greet you with a cheery "hello", but they do their job and do it well. Not everyone needs to keep a fake smile on their face, especially in their challenging customer service job, so give them a break.

I ripped off the portion that had the label and told him what was in the package. He still refused to take it.
