One of the best UPS locations in the area, the staff are always polite, friendly and efficient. The line is often out the door depending on what day/time you are there. Late morning before lunch time I have found to be the best time to stop by since alot of workers in the area seem to swing by during their work lunch break. The staff keep the line moving quickly regardless. This UPS location is in the shopping center right beside Montgomery Mall. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to be honest. The parking spaces are limited and as cars attempt to enter and leave it really makes for a bit of a struggle to park. Despite the not ideal parking situation I still choose to come here often because the staff really are great here and I have never had any issues when using various services from shipping my packages and dropping off Amazon returns to even getting my passport photos done... consistent quality service every time :) read more

Han on a Saturday was a life saver. I brought in a huge 4 foot by 3 foot poster signed by 20+ friends for someone that was critically ill, which caused a huge line because it was a time-intensive ask on my part (and Saturdays have tons of people coming in with package drop offs), but Han not only handled it efficiently and with poise, but most important to me was the fact that the poster arrived in great shape (packaging, including bubble wrap), which was priceless to the critically ill friend. I was brought to this location as it was close by my work and I needed to have electronic fingerprints taken. I dreaded going, as some UPS Stores have customers that take so much time deciding how to ship a box to Pompano Bch, Florida, that the rest of the line is melting down with impatience. I sent a package on 6/5/2023. I was told it was going to be delivered on 6/8/2023. Package was not delivered on 6/12/23. I went into the store and the manager Mike says it isn't lost so he is in his happy place. I was informed that UPS ground doesn't have a guarantee date for delivery. I asked for a refund and was denied. The employees in this store are idiots. I could have mailed it faster and cheaper with the postal service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store between a mail box and shipping. I will never step foot in there again. read more

Came in to do an Amazon return. In the past I have shown employees at other locations the barcode and slip amazon sends me on my phone to the employee and they print a label slap it on and I'm on my way. However DURING COVID the employee was a little TOO happy to tell me I needed to use a public computer they had to send the email to them, pay $3 for the privilege of using their computer, and then 25c per page printed. What really mad this horrible is the fact that that computer, it's mouse and it's keyboard do not look like they have EVER sanitized it. If you're gonna nickel and dime your customers because revenue is low, at least have the decency to have a clean, dust free computer for a customer to use read more

I called the store on Westlake this morning to ask a simple question about Appointments for notarization. The man who took my call was Sal and when I went in to have my document notarized he was just as pleasant in person as he had been on the phone. I was really impressed watching him navigate through a long line efficiently and courteously. I thought to myself this was an employee who is really worth his weight in gold. They're very accommodating. I had called six UPS locations asking if they had any notaries available and they each said no for one reason or another. This location worked with me even if the notary was out. The customer service was very impressive. The gentlemen were funny, friendly, welcoming, and patient. I need to emphasize that because I was panicking over my papers, and the two guys working reassured me that everything was ok and that they'd take care of me. Side note: they were attractive. I actually love this UPS location! Bao and the team are always friendly, helpful, and I always feel secure in knowing that my packages are well handled. We have a PO Box there and we find it a lot more useful to have a PO Box and someone to handle our packages, especially when we did not have concierge in our building. Even now that we have a concierge, we still keep our PO Box because of the convenience, ease-of-use.and quite honestly the customer service received at this UPS location. Parking can be kind of tough sometimes especially during lunch hours because it's located in a busy shopping center super close to Montgomery mall, but I've Always managed to find parking in their parking lot, luckily. I was sending back a large bulletin board to Ballard Designs. I just assumed that return shipping was free. Not so. Was going to cost $180 to return (more than the item cost). The UPS guy told me to stay at the store and call Ballard Designs return department. He told me to tell them I was at UPS and trying to return a purchased item and didn't have a mailing label. UPS advised me to have Ballard Designs email them the information. 5 minutes later a label was emailed and I sent my package back for free. I rarely write reviews but between this UPS Store and UPS themselves, I will always use FedEx going forward. I sold a 30 pound expensive wide format printer on eBay, brought the label to these guys and paid them to box it. The printer never made it in the box and they were very unhelpful and took no responsibility and told me to deal with UPS directly because it was lost in shipping. The package made it, just not the printer. UPS told me to deal with the store. Round and round we go. So yeah maybe the store is great most of the time but god forbid something gets lost or stolen on their watch - good luck. Never using this store again. Most likely not using UPS to send anything of value either. read more

Just got back from the UPS Store and it went so amazingly well I am reviewing them. 5 days before Christmas - they open at 8:30, a great time to open. There is no paper form, the guy just types the info as fast as I say it. You put your box on the counter, which doubles as a giant scale. He measures it quickly, offers to tape it up (it was 90% taped already), I buy some tape for the future - boom! - I am done and out the door after quickly paying by credit card. If everything worked like this, we could have another American Century. (And for $16, I am getting a big box to Pennsylvania TOMORROW. But it's really the quick, friendly service that started my day off right.) read more

I was here a LOT during my recent move. OK, this place is pricey (if you want to ship cheap, go with Grayhound). I spent nearly $100 to ship two large boxes. But the employees here are great and really go above and beyond. They also helped me out during a recent situation: I used this UPS store to ship my Verizon cable boxes back (UPS and Verizon have an agreement where you just drop off your cable boxes/remotes at UPS and then send them for free back to Verizon). Well, a month later, Verizon said they never received them. I had lost my receipt, so I called this store. They took my phone number, and called me back within minutes with the info I needed to prove my case to Verizon. read more
