The store is staffed with associates that are knowledgeable about packaging art for shipping. I sent multiple works for art by ground for Next-Day delivery to the New York area and locally. I was impressed with the knowledge of packing to satisfy the insurance requirements, giving consideration to the size and weight of each artwork and the special handling requirements in line with their partnership with the carriers for meeting the delivery deadline. Reasonable box prices. All my questions were answered. I am looking forward to repeat art shipments. read more

The staff at this store are terrific. They always know what I need and help me with it efficiently. This is a popular location, yet they always seem to have the staff available to move the line along quickly. Plus, they are super nice. Highly recommended! read more

One of the best UPS locations in the area, the staff are always polite, friendly and efficient. The line is often out the door depending on what day/time you are there. Late morning before lunch time I have found to be the best time to stop by since alot of workers in the area seem to swing by during their work lunch break. The staff keep the line moving quickly regardless. This UPS location is in the shopping center right beside Montgomery Mall. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to be honest. The parking spaces are limited and as cars attempt to enter and leave it really makes for a bit of a struggle to park. Despite the not ideal parking situation I still choose to come here often because the staff really are great here and I have never had any issues when using various services from shipping my packages and dropping off Amazon returns to even getting my passport photos done... consistent quality service every time :) read more

The most unprofessional and unhelpful. Go anywhere else. Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to pick up a package when two employees are working read more

Sarah would have recognized and greeted me. Missed her. Congrats on new baby. Mike asked for my ID before saying hello and went to get my package and I was on my way. read more

Han on a Saturday was a life saver. I brought in a huge 4 foot by 3 foot poster signed by 20+ friends for someone that was critically ill, which caused a huge line because it was a time-intensive ask on my part (and Saturdays have tons of people coming in with package drop offs), but Han not only handled it efficiently and with poise, but most important to me was the fact that the poster arrived in great shape (packaging, including bubble wrap), which was priceless to the critically ill friend. I am glad I trusted this branch, including the franchisee that runs this place in such a way that I can count on this high level of customer service. Many thanks! :) read more

In a day and age when the term service almost has no meaning, this very bright star pops up in a small strip mall near Montgomery Mall. For many years my wife and I have depended on this UPS store for returns, advice on shipping product and notary. No matter how busy, hectic or chaotic, you're always greeted with a smile, and the help of knowing that your needs will be met when you leave. I have always had a positive experience at this store. Friendly knowledgeable efficient staff come up with solutions rather than Problems. Hats off to all the wonderful employees at this store read more

I was brought to this location as it was close by my work and I needed to have electronic fingerprints taken. I dreaded going, as some UPS Stores have customers that take so much time deciding how to ship a box to Pompano Bch, Florida, that the rest of the line is melting down with impatience. But, leave it to Mike at this UPS store to multitask, organize and get his customers out the door. Great work Mike!! read more

This is a conveniently located UPS location - right next to the mall with decent parking. The staff is quick to process packages and service is generally courteous and friendly! I generally stop by this location if I need UPS services. read more

Thank you David for the excellent and easy service at the UPS Store. I walked in carrying 3 boxes that were all ready for shipment. I got a warm welcome from David, who checked my packages and gave me a receipt for my boxes. It was easy and I was in and out in 5 minutes. That is excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this location. I highly recommend them. Happy Thank you Thursday! read more

I sent a package on 6/5/2023. I was told it was going to be delivered on 6/8/2023. Package was not delivered on 6/12/23. I went into the store and the manager Mike says it isn't lost so he is in his happy place. I was informed that UPS ground doesn't have a guarantee date for delivery. I asked for a refund and was denied. The employees in this store are idiots. I could have mailed it faster and cheaper with the postal service. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store between a mail box and shipping. I will never step foot in there again. read more

Came in to do an Amazon return. In the past I have shown employees at other locations the barcode and slip amazon sends me on my phone to the employee and they print a label slap it on and I'm on my way. However DURING COVID the employee was a little TOO happy to tell me I needed to use a public computer they had to send the email to them, pay $3 for the privilege of using their computer, and then 25c per page printed. What really mad this horrible is the fact that that computer, it's mouse and it's keyboard do not look like they have EVER sanitized it. If you're gonna nickel and dime your customers because revenue is low, at least have the decency to have a clean, dust free computer for a customer to use read more

every time I go in this, UPS store, the employees are more than helpful! They do everything for me! I am thankful for this location!

Devin is incredible, thoughtful, and diligent. The whole team is great but Devin is truly a leader and the kind of worker id love to have! highly endorse! read more

I called the store on Westlake this morning to ask a simple question about Appointments for notarization. The man who took my call was Sal and when I went in to have my document notarized he was just as pleasant in person as he had been on the phone. I was really impressed watching him navigate through a long line efficiently and courteously. I thought to myself this was an employee who is really worth his weight in gold. Mike notarized my document and was just as delightful and helpful. Overall experience was memorable! read more

They're very accommodating. I had called six UPS locations asking if they had any notaries available and they each said no for one reason or another. This location worked with me even if the notary was out. The customer service was very impressive. The gentlemen were funny, friendly, welcoming, and patient. I need to emphasize that because I was panicking over my papers, and the two guys working reassured me that everything was ok and that they'd take care of me. Side note: they were attractive. Ladies.. *hint hint* ;) lol. read more

I actually love this UPS location! Bao and the team are always friendly, helpful, and I always feel secure in knowing that my packages are well handled. We have a PO Box there and we find it a lot more useful to have a PO Box and someone to handle our packages, especially when we did not have concierge in our building. Even now that we have a concierge, we still keep our PO Box because of the convenience, ease-of-use.and quite honestly the customer service received at this UPS location. Parking can be kind of tough sometimes especially during lunch hours because it's located in a busy shopping center super close to Montgomery mall, but I've Always managed to find parking in their parking lot, luckily. Thanks guys for always taking care of us and making us feel like welcome patrons! read more

I always have had a great experience with this store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Location is convenient, right next to montomery mall. Good parking read more

I came for a fingerprinting appointment, and Sarah made the experience quick, easy, and pleasant. Perfect customer service!

I was sending back a large bulletin board to Ballard Designs. I just assumed that return shipping was free. Not so. Was going to cost $180 to return (more than the item cost). The UPS guy told me to stay at the store and call Ballard Designs return department. He told me to tell them I was at UPS and trying to return a purchased item and didn't have a mailing label. UPS advised me to have Ballard Designs email them the information. 5 minutes later a label was emailed and I sent my package back for free. UPS guy says the companies will always email a free label to a UPS store. You just need to know to ask. Thanks Westlake UPS Store. You are the greatest!! read more

The staff at this location was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I needed help getting a large package out of my car and Mibsar (sorry for the misspelling) came out to get it for me. Of course it started pouring while he came out which made me feel so bad, but he was so friendly about it. Definitely a go to for your UPS needs! Thanks everyone! :) read more

David was very helpful, polite, patient, and efficient in getting our documents notarized and witnessed.

While I agree with the other reviewer that the employees ARE very helpful,- I gotta go with 3-stars since their prices are REALLY high :(( I had to ship my Verizon cable boxes back too! They get so many returns that they're quite skilled in dealing w/Verizon! (sad state of affairs!) read more

Very prompt service. I was having a horrible time since only certain places can have a notary public do power of attorney... And they could they were very nice and accommodating. read more

I've dealt with this store several times, usually sending packages, sometimes for returns. I've always found the employees to be efficient and courteous. They get busy, and sometimes there's a line, but the employees work hard to serve people quickly. so the wait is never very long. This is my go-to package place. read more

Great experience with Mike at this UPS store. Needed notary, copies, and packages. All handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Excellent! read more

The store provided great service -- especially Mike, who was warm, friendly, and very helpful.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a store. TWICE. The guy that "helped me" had THE worse attitude (black guy with a pony tail with different colored braids in top). Twice he was incredibly rude to me, in two different occasions. UPS should give him better training. read more

We arrived around 4:30 on a Saturday and the two men working were great! Helped me bring in 5 huge duffles, were friendly, and notarized something for another customer even though the notary was technically closed and told him the correct notary hours. Nothing but good things to say! read more

I rarely write reviews but between this UPS Store and UPS themselves, I will always use FedEx going forward. I sold a 30 pound expensive wide format printer on eBay, brought the label to these guys and paid them to box it. The printer never made it in the box and they were very unhelpful and took no responsibility and told me to deal with UPS directly because it was lost in shipping. The package made it, just not the printer. UPS told me to deal with the store. Round and round we go. So yeah maybe the store is great most of the time but god forbid something gets lost or stolen on their watch - good luck. Never using this store again. Most likely not using UPS to send anything of value either. read more

This is the nicest UPS store I have ever been to. I usually just return my Amazon packages and while all the other stores would give me the stink eye they are always kind scan each package and send me on my merry way with a smile. The guys here are efficient and give the best customer service. read more

I needed a Notary and they have one the entire time they're open. It only costs 6.00 and I was out of the store in under five minutes. They did a good job. read more

Just got back from the UPS Store and it went so amazingly well I am reviewing them. 5 days before Christmas - they open at 8:30, a great time to open. There is no paper form, the guy just types the info as fast as I say it. You put your box on the counter, which doubles as a giant scale. He measures it quickly, offers to tape it up (it was 90% taped already), I buy some tape for the future - boom! - I am done and out the door after quickly paying by credit card. If everything worked like this, we could have another American Century. (And for $16, I am getting a big box to Pennsylvania TOMORROW. But it's really the quick, friendly service that started my day off right.) read more

Tried to mail a small package (thumb drive with valuable timely data), and it was immediately lost. Over a month later and I am still awaiting reimbursement for mailing costs and insurance. Would not recommend, nor will I reuse this location. read more

Good place for making copies. I had my own specialty paper (trifold brochure) and the guy was helpful, but I had to ask for his help. It would have been nice if he had offered, since the store wasn't busy at the time. But the copies came out looking good. read more

Needed to have a legal document signed by both my wife and I, and faxed, after her work hours. I have used this store for shipping in the past and found the people there to be hard working, fast, friendly and competent. I saw that they had notary service and fax transmission offered in the online description for this store. I called two times before going there and the call went to message. Based upon my past experience, I went to the store with my wife and they did not disappoint. Thinh Bao deserves highest marks for service. read more

This is my go-to place for shipping. So efficient and reliable. The staff here is awesome. So friendly -- it is a pleasure to do business here. I have come here countless times, and I have never had a problem with a lost package. They also have a notary service, which was very useful when I needed it. read more

I was here a LOT during my recent move. OK, this place is pricey (if you want to ship cheap, go with Grayhound). I spent nearly $100 to ship two large boxes. But the employees here are great and really go above and beyond. They also helped me out during a recent situation: I used this UPS store to ship my Verizon cable boxes back (UPS and Verizon have an agreement where you just drop off your cable boxes/remotes at UPS and then send them for free back to Verizon). Well, a month later, Verizon said they never received them. I had lost my receipt, so I called this store. They took my phone number, and called me back within minutes with the info I needed to prove my case to Verizon. read more

Cordial, attentive service. Convenient location outside Montgomery Mall. Well-run and efficient.

I work 2 jobs, so I buy a lot of stuff online, meaning I also return a lot of items. I'm here probably 2-3x a month. The guys who work here are awesome. Polite, engaging, friendly, competent, and incredibly helpful. This review says nothing on price, as UPS is corporate and prices are set by someone higher up. The customer service here is 5 stars. read more
