They took over the business three years ago. Aside from copying & shipping you can get fingerprinted, order silk floral arrangements, pick out a greeting card & snack on the abundance of beverages, bottled Starbucks drinks, candy, chips, cookies, etc. If you're feeling lucky, purchase a lottery ticket or two. There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. My tasks of printing, faxing, shipping & a couple of treats came under $12. The neighborhood's friendly one-stop shop for all your mailing & then some needs.

Rather than blow me off or try to charge me the higher price, he thought of a workaround: he had me create and pay online to get the good price, and he printed it out in the store for me. I saved about $30, if I remember correctly! Plus, he was in the weeds, but so cheerful and helpful with everyone. One of my pet peeves is when I walk into a store and obviously need help, and the workers don't acknowledge my having to wait. Well, a long line started forming and he made sure to tell them all he'd be right with them after he did a few more things. I like when the person helping me also gives good service to those around me. Denny is the manager, if I'm not mistaken, and he also seemed to be working hard to make sure everyone was being handled appropriately. Still not sure why there's such a big discrepancy between the online prices and the in-store ones. If I had to guess I'd say the in-store prices are including getting in-person service from a human being and maybe being able to use the office supplies there. Busy store!
