They got everything moved without a scratch on anything, and honestly, they're the fastest movers I've ever seen. I also appreciated how they triaged the types of furniture and loaded so many things onto multiple dollies in order to take it all down the elevator in as few trips as possible. From a pandemic perspective, they wore masks during the move, and I didn't feel any concerns. When I had to sign final paperwork at my old place, they headed to the new place and informed the concierge of our arrival to get the loading dock ready--now that's service! They just left about an hour ago, and I've already recommended Capitol Hill Haulers to a friend who is also moving soon. Big ups to CHH and to James & Jesse!
