DON'T USE IPOSTAL HERE! Every time I wait for my mail over the past 6 months, I've been adding to…read morethis review. I was outvoted by my organization when we needed to get a mailbox. I wanted a post office box, they voted for an ipostal account. I'm the one who picks up the mail, so I deeply regret this decision. Our ipostal account is here. The service is atrocious. Employees have ignored me at the desk when I'm the only person in the area. It should be a simple process, and yet twice in the last two years employees didn't out process mail correctly so I've had to call their service center to get them to remove the mail from my account. You might think that's not a big deal, but ipostal charges you if you don't pick up your mail in a given time. And their phone lines always have a wait. 4/4/2026- I came to pick up 4 pieces of mail and they lost one of the pieces of mail. The person working at the desk called her manager and they're looking for it, but how unprofessional! The supervisor said he's going to continue looking for it and will call me.

It's a pretty standard office supply store. Also they're merging with Party City, which sounds…read morelike but is not a joke. PROS - Nice store, good selection, lots of neat stuff. Their paper and pen selection is a treat. - Not as annoying as Best Buy, not as cramped as MicroCenter (both just up the road from this location). CONS - A pretty intense markup on any kind of computer accessories. I mean there's a long history of this in technology retail but it's hard to go 200% on an extension cable from what you could get online with next day shipping. - Service varies wildly. I haven't used their shipping or copy center, just regular staff. Sometimes you feel like you asked a friend for help and they did their best, other times you feel you asked a gas station attendant if they're dating anyone currently. - Don't waste your time with clearance items. As far as I can tell they're not actually marked down at all, they just are moved and relabeled with yellow numbers rather than black ones. On a recent visit I noticed they have bins full of totally random junk items like aquarium filters and soap all posted up in gigantic buckets. I suspect someone bought a few palates of Amazon returns and decided to recover on what was obviously a very bad investment.

125 pounds. That could be a small adult woman, an incredibly large dog, or...the amount of PII /…read morespam mail we have received over the past year. Either way, I had many giant cloth grocery bags full of the stuff. Thankfully, this location had two relatively empty secure disposal bins. The store personnel were super friendly and helpful. One clerk even helped me load all the paper in to the narrow slots located on the bins. Within 20 minutes, we had disposed of all the random credit card offers, loan approvals, or various other spammy mailings that one dare not throw in the trash. It was over $200 to get rid of everything. I was not excited about that price but it was on my to do list and it needed to be out of my home. Secure disposal well, my friends!

This store is GREAT. The people that work there -- Cindy and Avi -- along with the owners of the…read morestore are very good at what they do and will carry out your requests exactly. I can ALWAYS get a hold of someone at the store whenever I call during normal business hours. Sure, sometimes they run busy so I will try to catch them at a different time (no big deal). Do not listen to the naysayers. I live overseas and maintain a personal mailbox at this UPS Store. They would receive not only my mail but all my online orders. When I have accumulated a good number of orders, I would ask this UPS Store to pack my items for me and get it ready for shipment to me. Granted, I use SendMyBag (via DHL) and not UPS or FedEx to send my packages but Cindy would pack all my things into a box and all I have to do is email her the shipping label/customs form. SendMyBag (DHL/FedEx) will then pick up the box from the store and get it on its way to me in Asia. No one should be complaining about the hardworking, courteous, and professional staff at this store. Highly recommend!
