    I came to get a painting by my father framed on 4/22. I went with the cheaper option and ended up…read morepaying under $100. I was told it would take 3 weeks due to being so busy. I had a pleasant experience overall Fast forward 7 weeks. I totally forgot it and realized I had never received a call that the job was done. I stopped in today assuming I had missed the call and it would be ready. I was told it's in the back and that it would be done in a "day or two ". I asked if it could be done in a day and was told the would try. When I asked why it was not done already, "they were busy"... the same reason it was supposed to take 3 weeks in the first place. I conveyed my frustration and told them I will be back tomorrow. I understand that my job was small and if it wasn't prioritized. I can even understand that it was forgotten entirely, although that brings up questions about the professionalism, organization, and accountability of the business. What I can't abide is that when they became aware of the mistake, they were unaccountable and dismissive. Instead of "we were busy, we'll call in a day or two when it's done", I much rather prefer and respect, "we made a mistake, sorry. We will correct that mistake asap." Lastly, I can't imagine my framing job would take more than an hour or two. I hope the product is better than the service... I guess I'll find out tomorrow.
