Staff are super friendly and can provide advice on what and where to solve any problem you might have or item you might be looking for. Jen was extremely sweet and personable while telling me this and stated I could speak to the manager since it was the end of the day and I really did not want to lose the items I chose. When the manager Shannon arrived she callously informed me that most of my items were clearance and she could not make an exception to hold them. I'm not sure the relevance in how many clearance items I had, but I am sure that there was a major lack in customer service. I will return however I recommend a secret shopper to speak with Ms Shannon with the d3ad eyes to see the lack of warmth for themselves.

They had a large store with clearly labeled although crowded, aisles of comic, anime, cartoon, manga, clothing, and other items. This store is clearly a comic book lovers dream with a library of new and vintage ones that were for sale. They even had a basement area filled with comic books to purchase in bulk and video games to play.
