Jen was extremely sweet and personable while telling me this and stated I could speak to the manager since it was the end of the day and I really did not want to lose the items I chose. When the manager Shannon arrived she callously informed me that most of my items were clearance and she could not make an exception to hold them. I'm not sure the relevance in how many clearance items I had, but I am sure that there was a major lack in customer service. I will return however I recommend a secret shopper to speak with Ms Shannon with the d3ad eyes to see the lack of warmth for themselves.

As a craft store, it was a larger, cleaner, more people walking around, Michaels. Nothing jumped out at me, they were just another craft store... with no RC stuff. They had a large store with clearly labeled although crowded, aisles of comic, anime, cartoon, manga, clothing, and other items.
