And who did they bring but one of the owners of Meadow Creek, Melvin. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everything has been fixed above and beyond. We Broke bread (pulled pork sandwich) and sampled some Beef jerky. We discussed local butchers and BBQ Shacks. I had a great time with these guys.
