The way they organize makes it really easy to find your next favorite book. They have staff recommendations but also have a ton of genres so it's easy to find what you want. They have not let me down. Their staff highlights the best books. The pricing isn't lowest you'll find, but I'm ok with that because I'm supporting people and a message, and not a big chain. Also, they host a ton of book events. There's something for everyone!
