People drive from all over to come to this store for a good reason! I'm lucky that it's not too far from me! They have everything, and I mean everything. Hand tools, grinders, molds, and glass, glass, glass! My favorite thing to do is search through the discount bins they have in the front- you can find some real treasures in there! You can easily get lost in the back room looking at all the glass. They have hundreds of design and pattern books as well. The staff is well educated and can answer any question you have. I've asked before for glass in specific shades and they know exactly which brand has what I'm looking for. If you're considering driving out to come, you won't regret it! Customer service appears to be non-existent. I ordered the Breda Mosiac nippers. I started using the the day I got them. I noticed my rods were breaking badly and after inspection I noticed the screw holding the cutting wheel was bent. I contacted their customer support via email and never heard back from them. I ended up going directly to the Breda website and ordered a new set of cutting wheels with screws - another $40 plus shipping. This makes an already expensive set of nippers even more expensive! They may be good for locals but as far as mail order - I'll be going elsewhere. read more

UPS bungled delivery of glass saw and told me to receive my refund for my shipping charge from shipper and notified them on April 4th. UPS was refunding shipping charges. Refund showed up in their account on April 8th. It is now May 25th and all I get is LIP service from . Keep saying they will refund but all I get is crickets! read more

It's like a free range of anything you need or want in stained & fused glass. I have been very familiar with this place since it was located in Cape May,NJ area. A football field of glass! It's now 1 1/2 hrs from me but worth the trip. Classes are offered too. The only reason I offered 1 star less than perfect, besides in not being next door to me, is sometimes they are so over whelmed that it's hard to borrow some of their time for assistance & questions. OK, I HAD to give these people a review. In short - they're great. After having had a not-so-great with a local place, I came across the Anything In Stained Glass website. In contrast, Dave was VERY helpful and was quite helpful and willing to answer questions from a naive beginner. I immediately placed an order, which arrived promptly. The material that I bought was very well packed, and I think the UPS truck could have been in a wreck and the glass in the container still would have been intact. Seriously... this is as good as it gets. They are well-stocked and always happy to help - either by question in person or over the phone. I had an issue with my kiln and they saved me hundreds of dollars and took the time to explain the fix step by step... over the phone! The bad news is I am 2.5 hours away. The good news is I am 2.5 hours away, because if I were closer I would spend every penny I have here! They have a HUGE selection of glass and everything you need for all types of glass work. Paula spent an hour with me explaining what I needed to do to repair a damaged leaded panel I brought in. I can always find that particular piece of glass that I need. I am planning on taking some classes once the pandemic is under control. The only bad thing is that there are no in-store visitors allowed for the duration, so only curbside and mail order. When looking for a special piece of glass I like to browse and look at each sheet, which is not possible now, but it's not their fault. read more

If I could give this company minus stars I would. I placed a $400+ order that was to be delivered within 3 days. I called them a day after it was placed to change the email address. I was informed that the package went to Alaska, not CA where I live. I was informed that the individual it was delivered to, would be shipping it to me from there. Mind you, these items were already paid for and were still not in my hands. Long story short, the customer service regarding this screw up was absolutely horrible. I will not EVER purchase anything from this place again and am leaving this terrible review so that others will only order from them with extreme caution. If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place is amazing and so is the staff!!!!! I was recently visiting MD from Hawaii and this place online. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and given a tour of the place and WOW!!!!! The pricing was great, the selection was unbelievable, I didn't want to leave. The thing that impressed me most was the fact that they were willing to ship my purchases to me based on the actual cost to ship and not some inflated price. The packages arrive back home before I did! And, Linda had packed a cute Easter egg with a Reese's cup in it in my box. How thoughtful was that?!?! I live in Memphis Tennessee. I have always used the big box retailer for Stained Glass that most use. Out of the box my first experience with this store was GREAT! I ordered glass from the website...got a CALL about glass that was no longer available. I wish I could remember the girls name. I. Love. This. Place! I was first an online customer when they were in NJ. When I found they moved to Frederick, MD, I couldn't get up there fast enough! This place is HUGE, and everyone working here is incredibly nice and helpful. They've always been happy to chat and talk about project ideas and troubleshooting. Their pricing over all is far cheaper than other retail locations I've been to in VA and MD. They have the biggest selection of Spectrum glass I've seen in any retail location. They also carry fusing supplies (both 96 and 90), bevels, fusing molds, all the hand tools and supplies you'd expect, and then some extra cool things! Every time I come here I try very hard to stick to my shopping list, but it's impossible - I usually end up buying twice (or more) what I needed and I don't regret it! They also get crates of Kokomo glass in and they are awesome to pick through because of the varieties available. Their Uroboros selection (COE 96) is good, and they have a smaller selection of Bullseye (COE 90). I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Except maybe they should move to Virginia so I don't have to drive as far. ;-) read more

UNBELIEVABLE! If you have any interest in stained glass you must go here! I checked them out on the web first and they have everything available so my wife, daughter, and me decided to pay them a visit. The store is about 30 minutes from where we live so it was a small (WORTHWHILE) trip. When we got there, they had Komomo glass on sale for $4.99 a 12x12 in some crates. WOW. These were not on the website. My wife and daughter jumped in and started looking through the glass. The place look like many stained glass stores I've been in at first... a studio area with a small shop of supplies and glass. The staff was very friendly and one asked if I wanted a tour... Thinking to myself, I have eyes but sure show me where things are... We started in the small shop area... saw what was available, the studio work area with all the cutting tools they have for sale (cool)... then we walked to the south side of the small store front and made a left... OMG... I have NEVER seen so much glass in on place, the warehouse of glass was HUGE... The lady showed me the different areas for glass and type (now I needed the guide)... while showing me the areas I heard my wife and daughter round the forementioned corner and make a LOUD exclamation as they see all the glass.
