He continued to ignore me, then went back in the back to continue to "look" for the part. All in all my dad spend 290 dollars here it would be nice if you could like show a little respect and kindness when someone is in your store. It would make for a repeat customer. The filler strip needed to be removed with the new stove. I called these guys, they came out within a few days and did the work for free since they installed the initial countertops.
