Once we had a chance to review he and the crew were off and running. The overall job done is simply amazing. We had them clean up our front yard (it looks nice now!!!) and remove a tree. You can't even tell there was a tree before. He cleaned out our front flower beds and added a beautiful gravel area replacing the mulch. This was such a simple and easy process! Since I already paid for the parts, I opted to use the original company but Rapid Fix went over and beyond for me. They called me twice with alternate solutions and checked their stock room to ensure that they had the part that the prior technician flagged as needed to avoid having to order the part (assuming that was the original diagnosis was accurate) which would have likely arrived after I left for my trip.
