To make matters worse, nobody informed me upfront that the replacement battery would not be a genuine Apple battery. This information was only buried in the fine-print disclaimer, which was not easy to notice or understand. The staff should clearly explain to customers before starting any work that an Apple battery will not be used and make sure the customer agrees. Damaging my phone during a battery replacement and failing to clearly disclose the use of non-Apple parts is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service.

Gadget Guru was able to fix our drone for less than the cost of having to buy a new one and we are so excited to have it back and running again :) There were unexpected delays in supplies of drone parts which we would have experienced ourselves as well (the times we live in). They reliably called with updates and thanked us for our patience.
