I also appreciate that they realize the costs of vitamins, supplements, etc, are very expensive and will try to find a way that will provide you with the most relief, in the most inexpensive way they can. I also like that they use their reference books to do this, ie, finding 2 items that when combined, may allow me not to have to purchase a third item instead. I also really appreciate them referring to their reference books for safety, when prescribing herbs, etc, especially for people who have certain conditions where for example, a prebiotic might not be a safe choice. They are the best when it comes to apothecaries!

I drove to the…read morestore before I had to go to work and when I pulled up at 2pm the open sign was lit up and there was a clock that said the employee would return at 12pm but there was no one there and the doors were locked I had tried calling earlier in the day 5 times and got no answer so I assumed maybe they were just busy. I found out after driving there that they were closed. It would have been nice if they had left a message saying they were closed for the day because it wasted my time. I know some stores are temporarily closed due to Covid-19 but seriously if you say you're open online you should probably be open!!

I stopped by "The Dufus Squad" just to stand in line for 45 min and have a guy barely pay any attention to me as I explained the problem... I left and vowed never to return. I heard about Simply IT through some friends who had work done, and I was totally impressed from the moment I called. They were anxious to listen, and quickly set up a time THAT DAY to come over to take a look. When David arrived, he quickly took a look and explained my options. He took the unit and promised to have it back the next day. I received a call later that evening, explaining what he had found (memory chip died) and gave me further options for upgrading and repairing my laptop. I received a text the next morning that it was all set and he would drop it off whenever I was home. Great communication the whole way! Great service all the way! The price was still cheaper than what the Dufis Squad wanted to do. I will only use SimplyIT from now on.!!!

Verizon Store Manager: Jamar Singletary was very personable and patient throughout my time in the Verizon. I commend Jamar Singletary for his excellent customer service. He is a true asset to Verizon.

Well I went to the kiosk as usual and for some reason this thing the darn thing was not working and I tried and tried but it would not work. Thus I was forced to seek human contact. I asked a nice young lady to help me with my bill and she was very helpful but for some reason, she could not print out my receipt, foiled again by the machines. It was a pleasant experience and she did not pressure me into making another sale. Thank God for that.

He explained all of my options to me, walked me through what I could expect from my new phone, and helped me pick out optimal accessories and necessities like a case and charger. I was expecting this to take a while as when I last upgraded I spent nearly the entire day in the Verizon Ocean City location. Sinclair made everything SO easy, cracked jokes, and answered all of my questions. Great experience!
