They were incredibly efficient, kind, and patient with my obvious lack of plans for all of our stuff! (We weren't planning to move so soon but found a house we loved and couldn't resist- and sellers needed a fast closing, so there we were still boxing items as they arrived!) This was the third time I've hired them and they have not disappointed! A previous tenant of mine saw them move my piano and used them for her move and our family on hand yesterday continually told me how impressed they were with how hard these guys were working - and they only witnessed the second half of unloading long, long after us average folks would have tuckered out. They made a stressful event as pleasant as possible and I could not be more grateful. If you haven't gotten the gist of it, I highly recommend them!

I really wanted to like Manny and his crew and he's a nice guy but unfortunately things went wrong…read morefrom the beginning. The truck was too small for our 4 bedroom house which he knew about ahead of time, 2 trips of 1 hour each had to be made for a local move, there weren't enough blankets and packing/ protective supplies, and his crew was not very careful with our walls, railings, and ceilings resulting in marks, scratches, and paint removal in many places. I spent 3 hours the next day fixing and painting our walls because we were putting our house on the market. * I will note we had tight townhouse stairs and box springs so some marks were to be expected but places not tight at all were covered in marks and they managed to damage 3 small nightstands and a bookshelf less than probably 20 lbs. While he did give us one of the lowest prices, beware in this case sometimes you get what you pay for. I watched as they loaded the second truck full without wrapping or protecting any of the furniture and as a result most of that load ended up scratched and damaged. As I arranged my furniture I found gouges, scratches and one shelf on a bookshelf was completely cracked. Overall about 4-5 pieces were damaged that I've found so far, and sadly I expect to find more as time goes on and I continue unpacking. When asked to rectify the situation, about his insurance he claims he carries, or for any sort of compensation for the damages, he refused and told me we did not sign a contract with him and to have a goodnight. Buyer Beware. Don't move with this company if you actually like your stuff.

Chris came onsite early to oversee the loadup at my office, and then Clinton and Garrett did the unpack later at my house. First of all, they were all very clean and neat in appearance, especially the youngest of the crew, Garrett (nice khaki pants and bright white tennis shoes). They were all so pleasant and oh so careful with my pieces of furniture and avoiding any scrapes along the walls and doors of my office. They were VERY efficient and the loadup went very quickly. At my home, they were again mindful of not creating any scrapes or brushes against walls, doors or existing furniture. They communicated well with each other and with me. They ensured that I was happy with the placement of the furniture and other pieces. Chris's estimate of the number of hours for the move and travel was spot on, so the bill was exactly what had been anticipated. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing any local moves.

The movers were also very chill and friendly, and moved boxes and furniture very quickly. They were very careful with my furniture, and checked a few times to make sure they moved everything we needed (especially since there were a few things we were leaving behind). I'm incredibly amazed at how quick they were and how much they got into the truck! After getting to our new place, they moved everything carefully to the rooms we wanted the furniture and boxes. They were definitely able to move everything by the estimated time, and overall VERY happy with Top Notch Movers! Will keep them in mind next time we need to get things moved.
