Paid for 1 day shipping. They delivered it 1 week later. I was promissed a full refund. They refunded only 80 percent, and no explanation was given. i did talk to them and they told me to call UPS main line. Basically to get rid of me. UPS told me its up to them as they are Franchaise. So basically played ping pong with me, not to mention the person who answered my calls was so unhelpfull, rude and plenty of attitude. I will not step in their office again. I needed to mail a few items out and didn't have my package ready so the employee sealed it with tape and then affixed the shipping label on it. The location is easy to miss. There's only a handful of parking spots out front. The interior is large and uncrowded. Merchandise was well stocked, signage was clear and legible, and the counters were kept free of clutter and trash. Great experience! The first time my mom and I came in to this UPS. We thought it was all the same and did not expect to be SURPRISED! We have been to the UPS around the area and have had bad experiences with the customer service at the locations we been to, not all have been bad but majority of the times it's been below average. So back to this day. We came in to mail my things to college and was met at the door by Jayceon, he held the door for my mom and took the heavy box she had to the counter and proceeded to ask if we had more I said yes and he went to the car with me and helped me carry my boxes in...I was really surprised at this because it's NEVER HAPPENED! Anyway...Jayceon was spectacular at shipping my things made sure my boxes were taped up securely and was very patient with us and super friendly, now my moms comes here often to her her things printed. Great store big and bright! Been to some of them and they were small and dark, the one in Lorton it's so dark in there. But anyway, I was pretty glad I came here the staff here are especially great with customers and Jason was really great with helping getting my Amazon return in order, it's confusing to how it's return and he explained it well and made it a easy visit. Absolutely amazing service by Carlos! Can't thank him enough!! I can be indecisive and impatient at times so I decided to rush my order to be sent out ASAP. He advised me that it would be better to put dry ice in the package considering the items being sent (perishables) AND the location it was going to. I kindly declined, left the store regretted not taking his advice. Shortly after, I considered actually how hot the items may get in transit. I called the store back, asked them if they can pull the box that was supposed to go out. The team their is amazing. They retrieved my package and I was able to speak to Carlos again and he advised me of where I could get the dry ice (I have never sent perishables so I am completely new to this) I came back with it and he took care of the package from A-Z. UPS knows that customer service keeps customers. With that said, this store is no different. Amazing customer service. I needed to return something and the representative basically did it for me... all I needed was the label! Note: this place is very difficult to find on GPS. You only know you've driven past it. You think, oh, I can turn into the office building it's in and be fine... wrong... the parking for the building doesn't connect, you have to drive around the building to get back to the front of it. The only options I saw to park (unmarked spaces) were in front of the UPs store itself and not in the garage. read more

I've lost all faith in UPS and do not recommend you go there unless you have you package completely ready to ship - or they will charge you to use any tape or supplies. I brought a box , had the paper to wrap it and just needed sone tape ! No way, they would charge me for the tape unless I brought it in already taped up! Then if they felt it needed to be taped more , they wouldn't charge for that! So warning - expect to pay if you need anything ! Even a little tape. read more

Thank you to the guy that helped out my wife today with her return at around 3:20 today; She came home and told me about the experience she had with him; we have been to multiple ups stores before to make the returns and they were not as helpful as this young man was to her; she was really frustrated about not having a "code" to scan to get her label made...she told me she forgot her wallet and she did not have the $$$ to print out and the Asian kid with the blue eyes kindly just printed it out for her and that kind gesture made me write this today. 1. Location: The place is not as conspicuous as I would like as it is attached to a big building, and the sign is not as big to discern from far away because this massive building swallows the sign. However, I really like the easy access as their entrance is separate from the entrance of the building. Ample parking spots so you definitely do not have to worry about finding a place to park. 2. Cleanliness: Nicely kept and very tidy store. 3. Service: Exceptional. The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I had a drop-off to be delivered to a company and the transaction took less than a minute. He did some punching on the computer and voila, out comes my drop-off receipt. I asked if I could have my paper print-out label affixed and he rolled his eyes and stared at me. First utterance, "What?". I repeated my question and he grabbed tape and affixed my label with (I swear!) aggression. He dropped tape dispenser on counter and, leaving my package on the counter, walked away without a word. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! (I just wrote an unfavorable review for the Vienna UPS store on Maple Ave because of their more than horrible costumer service. Which after my amazing experience at this store my prior review would be even worse.) This UPS store was awesome. Both staff members were super helpful, happy and even had pleasant senses of humor. At the other store I was told my return label could not be scanned, there for could not be shipped. They offered no real assistance, just "I don't know's." At this store they helped me try to reprint the return label and found that it was the email the company sent that was faulty and then told me that it didn't really need it to be scannable because they & driver could just type in the # rather than scan it! 12 days after my review, the store management now claims my label was ground, although I'm not sure how they would remember me since I didn't make a scene. The fact is the label was next day air. All the other labels from the same third party which I do regular business with have been next day air. The UPS store in Yorktowne provided an envelope. The UPS store in Rockville MD provided an envelope. Every other UPS store provided an envelope. Envelopes are available in some drop off boxes. The Greensboro store management should stop lying about the scam they pulled to make a $1.59 and give the customer the envelope for the prepaid UPS shipment. read more
