As a millennial with no printer, returning items with shipping feels like such a hassle to me. These guys make it easy. As long as I have access to the label via email I know I can come here and they'll help me figure the rest out. They have a computer you can use to print the label yourself or you can email it to them and they'll print it for you. Then they always have the right envelope/package to ship it back. Every time I come here they're very helpful in getting me what I need to ship and it's never too expensive. Anytime I need to ship anything I don't this twice about where to go- it's here. I've been coming to this store for ever si ce I can remember. What I like most about the store is that they can use just about any shipping company that's out there. Fedex, UPS, and DHL come to mind, and zi e definitely shipped with the first two. I can also remember years ago when I would come by this place to send Faxes, when Faxing was a thing! I've come by to print, and make numerous copies of all kinds of documents. The staff here actually remember me, and they have always been super helpful, especially when it came time to helping me track a delayed package. The staff members went out of their way to help my mother scan and print documents as she is not very tech-savvy. They even emailed her copies of them and in front of her eyes deleted the sent email to assure her that no personal documents are left on their work computer. I thought this was a very sweet touch. Be warned: I did not receive truthful, complete or unbiased information when I asked them what would be the lowest cost to mail a package, since they claimed to represent USPS, and the usual delivery services, FedEx, etc. They quoted $16; USPO next door on Elm St mailed it for $4.90. This is not the first time I have received deliberately misleading information from them. Quite frankly, I do not trust them and would use them only as a drop off point for FedEx when I already have a return label. read more

I went in here the other day because I had to ship framed photos to people, and the stuff I found at the local post office just couldn't fit the frames. I was at a loss because I didn't have any boxes, but then I remembered this place and thought I'd give them a shot. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful. If you haven't already packed/boxed your own stuff- they will do it here for you. Of course, you are charged for the labor, materials, as well as the shipping- which could make it more expensive- but I like the options and the convenience. I've returned here since then, and every time it has been pleasant. They noticed I was a photographer and even let me post a business card on their board by the door. Sweet. This place is terrible .. Don't come here or even try to call because they won't answer the phone. I tried to get my urgent document to notarize on a Sunday. I called this place twice and went to answer machine. So we want to try our luck and come anyway since it's the only one that open on Sunday.. We drive all the way from Sterling .. Ever wonder what the mark up is when you send mail first class from a Parcel Plus? How about close to 100%? I took a large envelope into Parcel Plus Saturday and was quoted $5.75 for first class mail. Seemed high, so I took it to the Post Office automated mail center--$2.80 for first class. read more

I think that everyone at this store has been nothing but helpful, efficient and polite every single time I have been there and because of my business I am there on an average of twice a week. I do not understand the negative reviews. Their prices are exactly the same as all others of the same category and often cheaper. If they do not take a package as wrapped it is merely because they want the package to arrive instead of disintegrating mid trip. I cannot recommend this outfit enough. They are terrific. Buyer Beware. They quoted $24 to ship a box via UPS when I said I wanted the least costly method. They quoted $76 for USPS on the same box, as least costly. I said thanks but no thanks and took it to the post office. I mailed it there for $12.45. read more

Too expensive!!! I am stupid to have payed them so much for a simple shipment. A few minutes of sweet talk, hushing and gushing by factotums -who were trying to assist six of their customers, that is 3 customers per employee --later I ended up paying something I would have never paid, had it not been for the dizzy ambience of the store. read more

Outrageous prices! This company should not be allowed to do business in our community. They are price gougers. I took a box in to be shipped UPS ground 7-10 days (cheapest way) to California. Nothing special (except it was going to California) and it was already boxed so they just had to put it in the back room and give it to UPS. I thought the employee told me $7.35 but when I saw my credit card bill it said $77.35. I was sure it was a mistake so I went to Parcel Plus to get a credit. I was shocked when the owner told me it was correct and that boxes shipped to California were expensive. I couldn't believe it so I went to get a price quote from the post office and their quote was $32.00. I also called UPS and got a price from their customer service center and they quoted $28.00. I went back to the Owner of Parcel Plus and asked him why his prices were so expensive and he just shrugged and said "well, I need to pay my bills." Please go somewhere else to ship your boxes. this is the worst place to ship things. first of all, the prices are sky rocketing here. secondly, the staff is extremely rude. i went there and a guy from nepal helped me, i think he was the assistant manager suraj. extremely rude guy, dont know how he got the position of an assistant manager. i was going to storm out before his manager interepted and pefected everything, if u go to this place, ask for the store manager, i fogot his name but he is from pakistan, very nice and a friendly guy. read more
