They haven't been too crowded on the weekends and the staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking here since they are located in a large shopping center, I'll be back here if I need to return something or ship something via UPS. The customer service here is superb. They were able to package 11 heavy cases of anchovies plus 10 individual cans of anchovies in just two boxes as I requested. It was not easy because they had to figure out the size of the boxes. They handled the packaging and labeling in my absence; I did not have to wait, making the experience convenient for me. In addition, the staff was friendly and did all that they could to satisfy me. I especially appreciated their willingness to honor a discount coupon for packaging services that I forgot to present at my initial visit. They pleasantly refunded the difference. Another less courteous establishment would have balked or only done so grudgingly. Many customers patronize this UPS store because they receive quick and efficient service. As a gal with a boat load of Amazon returns and color printing needs, this UPS Store has become my second home! This is a locally-run shop so I love the consistency of employees here. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely kind, knowledgable, and efficient. As others have mentioned, I am so impressed by how genuine and helpful everyone is. I would give zero stars if able. 90 dollars to notarize 3 sheets of paper and 2 witness. I was mugged and taken advantage of. I asked for money back and she refused. I asked her not to sign as witness on last 2 forms if it was that expensive and was told it was too late. Offered to stop all transaction and get money back and she refused. Dealt with owner who at first denied being owner. A scam through and through and wouldn't trust with any business at all. read more

Just today I wasn't paying attention to the time and arrived 22 minutes after they closed for the day. The kind woman closing down the store saw me, opened the doors, and took my packages. It can get extremely busy here. Weekdays are well, a lot of area folks and businesses. Keep that in mind if in a hurry. Their prices are fairly competitive. Also they are the gold standard to shipping. Unlike other carriers, you can intuitively understand the tracking. Polite and friendly staff. To their credit very good customer service. Yet it's not their fault, but just so many people here. It's the area 100%. Parking even can be a challenge. At my age that can be a deal breaker. The UPS Store on Nutley Street has been my favorite UPS location for years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and they are always able to help me with whatever I need. (Weirdly-shaped packages, things that include batteries, things that I want to insure...domestic, international... I've used the notary services a few times, too, and that has always been a life-saver.) I was in today for the first time in a while and was reminded about how great the team at this store is. It was quite full--everyone else in town must have decided for the same reasons I did that this was the right day to get packages into the mail. But the owner was great about keeping the line moving while still being kind, friendly, and extremely helpful to each of us. She and her team always go out of their way to give great value--helping with sealing things up, boxing things. (Even pre-paid returns, which the local stores make almost no money on, btw... when I can, I make sure returns are fully boxed and sealed if all I'm doing is a drop-off...) I was so grateful today for the smiles, warm welcome, and expert assistance as the team took care of each of us with our different needs, keeping totally cool despite what had clearly been a mad rush all day long. I've dropped off a few packages at this location, and it has always been a smooth process. Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot, but there aren't any spots directly in front of the location. I needed to return a stroller to Amazon. The box was damaged but I tried to fit it back in at the UPS store. Didn't work and I cut my finger in the process. The owner, Najia was extremely helpful and gave me a first aid for my finger. The customer service at this UPS store in the Pan Am Shopping Center is over and above. On June 3, 2022 I needed multiple documents notarized and witnessed by the close of business that day. On this very busy Saturday, Isaiah R, Jordan, and Nadja were so kind, helpful and efficient and understood the urgent need to get this done. Najia is a saint and saved my butt. I was preparing for my visa and it requires sooo many different things Including a very specific sized picture and copies etc. I was able to get everything I needed to done there and shipped it out. I had numerous problems on my side but she was patient and helped me through every single one. She honestly went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Hajera was very helpful with an urgent shipment near the end of the day, and made sure I got the best price.

I had to have my documents notarized over the weekend. And there was quite a line constantly. Hajera was the only one to help customers and she was impressively moving the line with appropriate greetings and communications. I was simply impressed by her swift and accurate work performance with professional knowledge on her job. later on I realized she was the manager and understood why. I made a quick stop at this UPS store to drop off pre-packed and labeled stuff I was returning to Verizon Fios. The person helping was nice and courteous and she even printed out the tracking numbers for me to keep so that I had proof of returning the equipment. I usually love the UPS stores, but this one charged me 5 dollars to print a return label for a small package. They then said oh,wait- this is a fedex label we can't use it and then they charged me $11 for the shipping (I had my own parcel). $16???? I've done business at the UPS store in Haymarket and used it for printing labels, mailing packages, etc for over 12 years, but I've never been ripped off like I was today. I was actually at this same store a week ago under the exact same scenario(send them email with the label, printed the label, purchased a making envelope-)for under 5 dollars. I did not have to pay for shipping it because it was USPS. The woman there says she's the owner and that charges vary per store. Rip-of I want to respond to the owner that I was not informed of a $5 charge to print the mailing label as I was there the week before and was not charged anything. I think these local franchises need to display their pricing ( much like restaurants have their menu prices). read more

Went here to send a package, which went smoothly. However, the person who waited on me (Melinda, the owner) was not wearing a face mask (I was). My husband called the store later to say that we thought she should be wearing a mask and got a very flippant response of "I'm glad you think so" and then she quickly hung up. Face masks only work when everyone wears them and protect the other person more. By not wearing a mask in a customer-facing position she is endangering her customers and thereby saying she doesn't care about public health or trying to stop the spread of Covid 19. I passed this on to UPS corporate and will find another UPS store to use. read more
