    If I could select 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the trouble and never choose this as your ups store to sort any business with. I've used ups multiple times for services, but never an experience like this. I walked in to pick up my package a day after it was delivered. I was told I'd have 7 days to pick it up on my receipt. When I tried to pick it up the "owner" tried to charge me $5 simply because it was there for 1 day. He proceeded to tell me he can do whatever he wants because he is the owner and doesn't care what my receipt says. He refused to hand over my package and continued to argue with me. His wife also had a dog running around freely with no leash or collar, which made a customer feel uncomfortable saying he was afraid of it. Very inconsiderate and rude with 0 customer service skills. When I called the company they said they had never heard of anything like this. Clearly the owner was on a power trip and chose to make this up on his own.

    I came in here to use the computer and print a couple of documents. I was surprised to learn about how expensive this place really is. Just to turn on the computer was $1.60, and then it cost me ,$.25 per minute after that. I needed to print out three back and White pages and those were $.30 each. These prices are double of what it would cost at the other popular office store. The two employees behind the counter were friendly and the gentleman even helped me to get set up on the computer. The single computer that thy allow Customers to use appeared to be fast as lightening. Apart from that, the store was clean and comfortable. I think what you are paying for here is the location.

    Great store big and bright! Been to some of them and they were small and dark, the one in Lorton…read moreit's so dark in there. But anyway, I was pretty glad I came here the staff here are especially great with customers and Jason was really great with helping getting my Amazon return in order, it's confusing to how it's return and he explained it well and made it a easy visit. Thank you. Definitely recommend this store; the store itself is on the back side of the business building, I drove around a couple times until I called and they came out and made sure they saw me and directed me but once you know, you know!

    Normally the service is decent. But today was terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. Told me he was the…read moremanager and he knew what can or cannot be done. I carried heavy packages into the storage exactly the way they were shipped to me. Shipments 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. They had not been opened. I got the qr code for the return label from the company, reassuring me only one code was needed. The ups manager refused to take them with the 1 QR code that was provided by the shipper. I had had to lug the heavy items back, call the shipper, waste 40minutes, redo the 2 qr codes because it was shipped to me in 2 packages. A week before I did the exact same process with no issues for 2 other packages in one order and already got my refund. Some people when they have a tiny power, they want to exercise it on customers to show their authority. Totally unfit to deal with customers. Terrible attitude, most unhelpful. I will never use the service again. Now I have to take these boxes again to another ups hopefully with better employees.

    Disclaimer: I consider myself a 'customer service zealot'…read more I was in town visiting my parents, when I decided to visit some local BNI chapters while in the area. Fresh out of business cards on my drive up from Jacksonville, and had only 90 minutes before my first BNI meeting. As I walked off the mean streets of Tysons, VA, I was greeted with a hearty welcome. I was still some 20 yards from the desk,/! Who dared to exhibit true customer service skills in the year 2023? A new rival, or perhaps a 'ride or die' to join my customer service crusade?!? Quick tip: All you business owners out there - this is how you're supposed to welcome someone to your business (esp. post-covid). I responded in kind (from 20 yards out) and threw down the gauntlet: "Do you want to be a rock star" After a quick trip to Best Buy for a new laptop, I returned and asked if Andy had anything for me. His response: 'how about a box of spanking new cards?' During his reveal of said box's content (just like the ones I've HEARD are on YouTube). Uncle Mike, the proud owner of 250 sales opportunities , felt a sudden accumulation of moisture in one of his eyes, and reached this conclusion. Andy is not a rival, but indeed worthy of inclusion as a fellow customer service crusader! I've found my ride or die promotional material contact. Now it's your turn: 'come get some'! One day we'll likely have biz cards with embedded live action and audio. Geeks like me, and my spawn, can hearken back to the first time we saw the moving paintings in the halls of Hogwarts School of Magic and Wizardry.
