Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir.
