They also were helpful with lamination, which is a skill that one day maybe will be learned. Well done as important documents, are protected by this job well done. Parking is easy here. It's also generally quiet as well. Shipping costs have gone up, but I still find them more competitive than others. That is appreciated, as all of us are getting nickled and dimed. Professional staff, efficiency, and competitiveness make this location a winner. If you're in the area, go here to handle a variety of business services.

They have free, convenient parking and will help you carry in large or bulky packages unless they re all very busy with other customers. But, if they're busy, 99% of the time another customer will help. When a store is helpful, convenient, efficient, and friendly, customers aren't stressed or pushy, and everyone in line knows they'll get good service, so they help each other. I use this store whenever I'm going to be in McLean/Arlington, and the one on 4200 Mass Ave NW in DC, (I live in NW DC), as they are the 2 best shipping/packing stores in the whole DMV.

Customer Review - UPS Store, Chantilly, VA…read more I am writing this review to document a deeply disappointing and unsettling experience at this location. I visited the store to return six Amazon items. At the counter, I was handed three receipts covering only four items. When I calmly pointed out that two items were missing from the receipts, the associate became visibly frustrated rather than helpful. After taking time to match the items one by one, it became clear that one of the receipts I was initially given did not belong to me, and my correct receipt had been left on his side of the counter. Instead of acknowledging the mistake professionally, the associate tore up the incorrect receipt, handed me the one that should have been provided earlier, and then abruptly told me "not to come back to the store ever again." I was shocked--not only by the error, but by the tone, body language, and hostility shown during the interaction. I responded that there would indeed be no reason for me to return. What made this encounter especially troubling was the way I was treated throughout the exchange. Based on my appearance and accent, I could not help but feel that I was met with impatience, disrespect, and verbal aggression that I strongly believe would not have been directed at a customer perceived as white, Black, or more "American-looking." The experience felt racially charged and dismissive, and it left me shaken. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, the mistake was compounded by unprofessional conduct, a lack of accountability, and behavior that made a customer feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. No customer should leave a retail establishment feeling humiliated or targeted simply for asking for accurate receipts for a legitimate transaction. I am confident that this store has interior security cameras. If there is any question about the accuracy of what I have described above, the events of today can be verified clearly through the video footage. The interaction, tone, body language, and sequence of events should all be evident on camera. Given this experience, I have lost trust in this location and in the brand as a whole. I will no longer be using UPS services moving forward. Pictures of all the receipts including the one that did not belong to me. https://photos.app.goo.gl/eiCJsY7Z4H3Y85XKA Now posted on Google Reviews. Best, Concerned Customer

So Glad I Found C.Lee of Simplify You!…read more C.Lee is a real gem. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. C.Lee really listened, and her ideas helped make the whole house feel more intentional and comfortable. I promise, if you are doing a major renovation, using her "plan review" services will pay off tenfold. Highly recommend!

As of this writing Simplify You has a perfect 25 5 star reviews, and I am excited to provide the…read more26th. My family spent 2 years living abroad and to prepare for that trip we dumped our entire 3 story townhouse into a 10 sq foot storage unit. Since getting back, we've spent the past 5 months taking out boxes, processing them, and sorting them into our new smaller apartment. The frustration of this experience was ever present - as soon as we got the apartment in a good place we'd go get 10 more boxes and restart the whole cycle, leaving us feeling underwater and overwhelmed. We also have a 5 year old and a 6 month old, so the time we were able to invest in the house was always limited and at the end of an exhausting day. Before hiring C.Lee I would have guessed we had another 2-3 months of clutter hell before we would be in the clear. Then we hired Simplify You, and everything changed immediately. When we hired C.Lee we assumed there would be 2-3 day-long sessions to get the last mountain of boxes down and our home finally FINALLY orgainzed. Instead, C. Lee came with one assistant Amy, and in just 8 hours of hard work between them, me, and my wife, we managed to process and store the final 25 or so boxes from our previously bottomless storage unit, AND sort all the things we still had lying around, AND completely reorganize our kitchen, master walk in closet, bedroom, and kids bedroom. There were a few niggly things left over from that monster session, which C. Lee easily solved in a quick 3 hour follow up. So instead of spending 3 more months in box clutter hell, we instead spent 11 whirlwind hours with C.Lee and got the job done - meaning 1 hour of C.Lee + assistant time equaled about one WEEK of effort from just me and my wife alone. In addition to all the above I could write a volume on C.Lee and Amy's professionalism, upbeat attitude, ability to keep us going when processing difficult childhood memories, and raw organizational talents, but if I keep going on for much longer people will start to think this review is a plant or something. If you are at all struggling under the weight of clutter or disorder at home, then you should hire Simplify You. For a fair price you will reap extraordinary value and shed a mountain of stress, anxiety, and frustration. I cannot recommend C.Lee and her staff highly enough, and will be recommending her services to anyone who sounds like they feel even remotely like we did before her whirlwind day changed our lives.
