KSR has been great to work with. We met with two dog sitters who live nearby and immediately made us comfortable that our two not always easy to manage dogs would be in caring hands for walks and feeding visits. After three trips we're super happy. So much better than taking our dogs to a kennel! read more

Dependable. Prompt. Best of all, my dog loves Thom and Katharine. Highly recommend KSR.

We hired them to walk our dog and another family dog we were pet sitting. The dog walkers were great and the company flexible when we needed last minute service. read more

We are so grateful for KSR pet care. They have been providing us with mid-day dog walks for quite some time and were invaluable when we adopted our second dog this year; our second dog was a scared little puppy mill rescue named Minnie and she needed a lot of TLC. We credit her KSR dog walker, Stefania, with bringing her out of her shell and teaching her to love walks. Stefania got Minnie to enjoy the outdoors and walks when we hadn't been able to. Stefania is amazing, a true dog--whisperer--and our pups love her dearly. We get a report after every walk, with pictures. I have an odd schedule so don't need walks every day and I was worried that would be a problem, but it hasn't been at all. Scheduling is very easy with KSR's website, and I can log in at any time and check it. Communicating with KSR is also extremely easy on their website -- I can message my dog walker or the KSR office. Payment is automatic every two weeks or so. Very convenient. We have also had KSR do petting sitting for us in our home, and that worked out great. This really is the perfect pet care company. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!! read more

Truly professional operations, very detail-oriented, and prompt communications! All that in addition to the amazing sitter assigned to us (Nancy!) who is so patient and thorough in her care of our 2 senior cats (yes, all types of mess) and in her daily reports with great pictures. She makes sure to spend time with each cat, tackles all the messy spots, and even does a house check. It's becoming rare nowadays to find such great work, and we are so fortunate to have found KSR and Nancy. So nice to come back from a trip (all tired) to happy cats and clean home! read more

Nancy is the best cat sitter! My cats love her and I feel 100% confident in her reliability. Other local Petsitters I've used in the past didn't seem to really use animal lovers as their staff. read more

KSR has provided me with quality, individualized pet care services for over 10 years now (first with my last female lab "Banner" and now with my, "Hope" another female lab/7 years old). Both of my girls had/have their own unique issues (mostly health related). I have NEVER been disappointed with the services KSR has provided, both on the administrative side as well as the direct-care side. All of the KSR pet sitters who have been assigned to, "my girls" have exceeded my expectations and my current sitter, Lynne, is absolutely amazing. Lynne makes taking care of Hope look effortless and Hope is a very 'complicated' dog...I know she isn't an, "easy client"! I have 100% faith & confidence in Lynne and I can truly enjoy my vacations knowing that Hope is in Lynne's capable hands. JST read more

We are so glad to have found our walkers at KSR Pet Care for our 13 year old lab. Thi and Marja clearly love animals and what they do. While our dog is a sweetie, he is not a fan of other dogs and can get a little rowdy (understatement) when he sees them on walks. No complaints from our walkers - they are troopers! They also went above and beyond when our pup had some health issues and they had to help (all 85 lbs of) him up and down the stairs. I have lived in the area for almost 10 years and have dealt with several dog walkers and these are some of the best. read more

We used KSR for years and were so happy to have found a trustworthy service to walk our two havanese dogs as they went from spry and energetic to seniors to end of life. It was so reasurring to know they were so kindly cared for. Darren especially was wonderful and loving to them. He always left us or sent us detailed notes or photos about the visit. KSR always worked with us and was flexible with changes. Being able to find a service where we were comfortable even when we had substitute walkers really gave us peace of mind. read more

I highly recommend KSR for your dog sitting needs! We have entrusted KSR, mostly working with Stevey as our sitter, to watch over our elderly frenchie on multiple occasions over the past couple years, on trips ranging from a couple days to over a week. The online scheduling process is extremely easy (no need to call!) and the pricing is very transparent and provided up front. It's not cheap, but highly worth it if you want the best of care within your own home, especially for an older dog who needs extra care! Stevey has always been highly punctual and provides detailed updates with photos after every visit. She gives our pup lots of love and cuddles (even sleeping with him as he's accustomed to!). She has always left our place spotless, and handled things like watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, etc. If you want a worry-free vacation knowing your dog is in the best of hands, don't hesitate to book with KSR. read more

We have been customers with KSR Pet Care since 2021.We have used KSR for same day drop-in visits to care for our two cats, one dog, and tropical fish. We have left our beloved pets in the good care of KSR when we have gone on vacation numerous times. And while we have wonderful things to say about the pet care professionals at KSR, I would like to give a special shout out to Stevey Reid, in particular. Stevey has been the main pet care provider for our crazy bunch, and she goes above and beyond. It's apparent by the wonderful care she gives to our pets, that she is a true animal lover. For example, one time while we were away Stevey had to call us because one of our cats was acting strangely. Stevey took her to the vet, and it turned out the cat was anxious. Stevey administered the medication that was prescribed and made sure the cat had some extra love and attention until we returned. In addition, we love that with each visit, we get pictures of our pet's, which is comforting to see when we are away. It's very reassuring to know that our family members are well taken care of while we're gone. Even the plants and mail are tended to. While petcare is expensive, especially for overnight visits, it is worth it For peace of mind. In addition, pricing at KSR seems to be on par with other agencies who offer similar services. We highly recommend KSR Pet Care. You won't be disappointed. read more

KSR has been wonderful. Ashley has been great sitting my two cats, making sure they're taken care of whenever I've had to be out of town. She even sends me pictures of them so my wife and I can see them and know they're doing just fine. The staff at the office had also been incredibly professional and accommodating whenever I needed to schedule something quickly or had any questions or requests. Now that we've moved far away, unfortunately Ashley and KSR aren't to sit for us anymore. But I know if we ever came back to the area, we'd call them in a heartbeat. read more

KSR Pet Care was my first experience with a pet sitting service. They were recommended to me by my vet when my vet had no more space available for boarding my cat over the Thanksgiving holiday. The service overall was very professional. They were very thorough, sending me emails and walking me through the whole process. They set up an on-site visit to see my place, get the 'lay of the land' and meet me cat. The owner/manager as well as my designated sitter and backup sitter all came. They asked questions, and were very sincere and professional. Scheduling services and paying for services is easy with online booking and automatic credit card payment. The service itself was great! I got text message updates (with photos) each day, and there were also written daily summaries waiting for me upon my return. They even checked in to make sure my travel plans weren't delayed, to make sure someone would be around for the cat the next day if needed. Great organization overall, highly recommended. read more

We started using KSR, specifically Sarah, about a year ago and the service exceeds our expectations. We have a dog who is leash reactive. Just this week, Sarah left us a note that they encountered an unleashed dog during a walk. I texted Sarah immediately to get more details and make sure she and our dog were both unharmed. Sarah and I texted back and forth as she explained the situation and how she handled it with our pup. Words can not express how thankful I was that Sarah was walking our dog and knew what to do it that situation to avoid an issue. read more

If you have a pet and you need to travel, KSR is the place to go for petsitting services. Aki, one of KSR's fantastic petsitters, is the paragon of petsitters, taking care of my two cats like they were her own, writing daily informative notes covering each cat's behavior and mood, and sending me adorable photos of them. When I'm scheduled to return, she always texts me to confirm that I've arrived and haven't been delayed to make sure that my cats will always have someone looking after them. I cannot recommend her and KSR highly enough. It's extremely easy to schedule sitting sessions via KSR's handy website and all scheduled trips are confirmed via email. I never have to worry that my cats are being taken care of and loved while I'm away. Thank you, Aki, and thank you, KSR! read more

I was in need of temporary pet sitting on three different occassions for a minimum of one up to five days. The first time was a three day trip, when I returned home my cat couldn't have been happier. But she was very comfortable with the care she received. I got a phone call and text because she vomited I guess she's sensitive when I first left. Or it could've been the cat food. It hasn't happened since and Marja totally cleaned up after my kitty. I got detailed paragraph of notes and more when needed like when she got sick. The other times they didn't disappoint either. I felt like she was well cared for. The company comes to your home with the sitters a primary and an alternate at least so you can interview them. As well so they can become familiar with the pets. Very professional and reasonable rates make this an affordable and great solution to your pet care needs. Each time I arrived home there were no problems and I could tell that my sensitive kitty was reassured that someone would be visiting her to take care of her while I was away. Unfortunately I am moving for work. I hope I will be lucky enough to find a great option in Texas. But I couldn't speak or recommend anyone other than KSR! They've done a fantastic job, above and beyond what I'd expected and even on shorter notice they've come through. Thank you KSR! read more

I am thrilled with KSR Pet Care. We have a regularly scheduled dog walker (Aki) who comes mid-day 3 times a week during the school year, and once a week during the summer break. Aki is wonderful - she writes detailed notes after each visit, and she makes sure our overweight dog gets plenty of exercise during their walks. She has even texted picture updates of our dog and two cats on various occasions (even though she is technically only there to see the dog). Christy, the office manager with KSR Pet Care, is super responsive and always e-mails me back within the day that I e-mail. Julie is also great about fast responses. It is easy to schedule appointments, and their initial consultation and meeting with the dog walkers is thorough and personable. The cost is comparable to other dog walking companies in the area, but I feel like you get a lot more with this company than you do with other ones (I actually researched 3 other companies with KSR, and this was hands down the best one of the 4.). read more

Recently my beloved long-term dog walker retired, and I searched extensively for a service that could provide the same level of loving, focused and dependable care for my two Shelties. I found them at KSR Pet Care! We went through a great "onboarding" process of interviews, meeting the pups in person, and matching us with the perfect primary walker and a back-up walker if the primary is ill or is on vacation. My dogs are shy and wary, and can be a bit of a handful, but our new dog walker has won them over quickly! I receive a cute photo of each pup from that day's visit, and a full report of how the visit went. I sincerely appreciate the care and attention that the walker provides to each pup every time she visits. read more

KSR has provided fantastic care for our two dogs multiple times, with sitters who are great at dealing with both high-energy and nervous pups. With an easy-to-use portal, regular updates and simple payment system to boot, it's a winner! read more

KSR has provided exceptional service for my cats. I always trust my cats are well-taken care of. They proactively provide updates and photos and it is easy to schedule services with them. The sitters I have worked with clearly love animals. read more

This is not just a pet care group, this is a group of animal lovers. And they are kind!! Have been heavily involved with cat and dog rescue for over 20 years. Some of my rescue dogs have issues that need tender loving care. Hired KSR to care for my many dogs and cats while I was recovering from a shoulder replacement. They were dependable and the best yet, my animals loved the person who was there care taker. Can't sing there praises enough. Now I can travel again knowing my pets are in the best hands. read more

I wanted to write an update -- We no longer use KSR because our senior shiba passed away last fall. (Although if we decide to get another dog, we certainly will go back to KSR!) Marja, who was her daily walker was unbelievably compassionate and caring for our dog as her health declined in the last few months. She suffered from CCG (Doggie alzheimer's) and had many accidents in the house. Marja always cleaned them up and still took her out to walk as best as she could. When we decided it was time to put our beloved dog down, Marja expressed her sincere condolences and shared how much she also loved her. She came over later that week and brought us a card and a lovely orchid which we still have in our window sill. KSR is a fantastic organization and I would recommend their services 110%. read more

I am incredibly happy with KSR and would highly recommend their services. The introduction/overview meeting answered all my questions and allowed me to explain the quirks of our cat and our house. Our wonderful sitter, Aki, kept very thorough notes and regularly sent texts and videos to let us know how our cat was doing. While on my much-needed vacation, I was completely comfortable and reassured that my cat was in great care. The evidence of that was clear when we returned home. Our cat, who needs lots of attention, was unfazed by our return, just happy and relaxed from her "adventures with Aki." I definitely recommend them! read more

We had them for house sitting and caring for our two dogs, fish, house plants and 5 backyard hens. They were AMAZING! During the intake I got to meet all the animal care takers that were assigned and they were such delightful and professional ladies. The notes we got upon return were very detailed. The animals themselves seemed happy too. We had a friend watch all the animals in the past and it was a complete disaster. Being able to leave for a week with complete peace of mind that everything was being taken care of was invaluable! I can't recommend KSR enough! read more

KSR has been instrumental in helping us raise our puppy, Nelson during his first year. We could not have managed without them. Our twice-daily walker, Ksenia was fabulous and now with Lynne, we continue to see Nelson happy with his daily walks. Lynne is also a treasure. I especially like that KSR treats their employees with respect and a living wage. read more

We have been using KSR Pet Care for cat sitting when we are out of town and they are AMAZING. Our cat sitter (Tara) has been professional, reliable, and she sends us text message updates and writes detailed notes recapping her visits, too. Highly recommend! read more

Our experience with KSR has been fantastic. Our dog Bodi loves his dog walker Dale, he waits for her every day and gets beyond excited when she walks through the door. When they get home, Bodi is always tired and happy to sleep the afternoon away. KSR has been great to work with. I've had to make same day changes several times and they've always been kind, prompt and patient with me. Don't hesitate to book them, they have consistently provided excellent service for us and have been extremely reliable. read more

I have done private training with Kathryn and group training classes. Both have been incredibly helpful for breaking some of my dogs bad habits! They have specificially helped with leash reactivity. We had never used a service like this before but when our cat was diagnosed with diabetes, we needed someone who could check on him and administer insulin. From my initial request, Karen and her team were very responsive and quickly scheduled a visit. The prep visit was a great way for them to get to know the cat and our house but also for us to get a comfort level of their attention to detail and their willingness to cover other important tasks like bringing in the mail or turning lights on and off. Definitely a great experience as a first time customer. read more

We've used KSR for about 6 years or so. The only reason we're not using them now is because we moved. They were wonderful with our picky temperamental girl. I recommend them all the time. The people are awesome and know their stuff. I trusted them with taking care of our Mina. read more

Beyond a doubt this is the best pet service in the area! Karen, BB and my two dog walkers Nancy and Janet are amazing! My two yellow labs adore them and they even taught my older labs how to leash walk. I have them 5 days a week and I never worry about my girls care!!!! Highly recommend this service. read more

This is a very unreliable pet walking service. I paid for my dogs to be walked three times a week for 45 minutes. They were consistently walked for only 20 minutes. When I complained I was not given a refund but I was told that they would talk to my dog walked. Things never got better and I had to stop this service. read more
