Whereas we have used All State Couriers previously, and received wonderful service, this last…read moresituation has prompted me to write a review. We sent an email requesting service from All State with explicit instructions as to what to pick up, where to pick it up and where to deliver the items. After 2 "no-shows" by the person they were picking up from, the items were finally retrieved (FYI, all no-shows are paid by us because we know that everyone's time is valuable and it's not their fault that some people don't adhere to their commitments. Plus, the job was prepaid, as is the policy of All State.) The person gave All State the box with old UPS shipping labels on it. After the package was rejected by FedEx bc of the old shipping labels, and instead of contacting us to see if there was a change in the instructions we emailed to them, the driver took the items to UPS, who used the old label and sent the package back to the person they had just picked it up from. Once we saw the receipt, we tried to stop the shipment but were too late. Upon contacting All State to find out what had happened, Sam told us that it was our fault because we didn't tell them that the old labels were on the box ( a detail we had no knowledge of whatsoever) and was hostile and rude to myself and my colleague, who had called All State immediately once she found out that the shipment had been sent incorrectly. I don't know what's happened to this company, but we will not be using them again. We now have added expenses to recover the equipment, again, and ship it correctly back to our client.

There wasn't even a legit price chart within view. I had called ahead to see how much color printing would cost. Fiddy-cent. Who knew I had to pay $2.75 to use the computer, the same HP Pavilion I had during college, that wasted 30 minutes of my time on dial up connection to retrieve my document. I was appalled. In disbelief I told the cashier my suggestions to which she responded "mm-hmm..." as she wrote a receipt for me with a ballpoint pen in perfect cursive on what looked like a waitress tablet. "You should've printed out 5 pages and then you wouldn't have to pay for using the computer," she explained. She wanted me to waste paper so I could feel like she wasn't overcharging me? Was this supposed to be a steal? I asked, "Do you accept credit card?" as I stood there with a dollar in change in my hand. "Guurrrl!" (without answering my question and looking at me like I was from another planet) She took the $1 for two black and white copies and somehow I still felt gypped.

I have been back 5 times and I just get the run-around. A month ago I dropped 3 pants of, I was returned 2 that were mine, and a larger/different color one. I stated - this large grey one is not mine. I gave my name and phone number, I've been back 5 times. What have I been told by the same female employ, you the reader pick which one you find most unacceptable: 1) well we can fix the wrong one to fit you (so, um, wonder about the original owner of those pants?) 2) leave me your other two pants and we will look for the missing one (the only thing the missing pants have in common with my other two is they are black, not same brand 3) when I went to get my two pants back, they were reluctantly returned to me 4) one week I'm told, come back on Thursday, the owner can decide what to do. I come on a Thursday the owner is not there 5) I come back the following week, "I have to tell the owner about your missing pants." (so owner hasn't been told) 6) I asked - why don't you launder my next order of pants for free as compensation - I got silence, no reply. 7) I asked - how do you guys handle this? Silence, no answer.
