Prices were average but service was excellent. Turnaround time a little longer than most, but it's close to my home.

I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

The best part of Zips is how quickly they get garments cleaned. If you drop your clothes off before 9:00 a.m., they'll typically be ready the same day after 5:00 p.m. Drop them off after 9:00 a.m., and they're usually ready the following day after 5:00 p.m. That kind of reliability is incredibly convenient when you need something cleaned on short notice. A couple of tips for first-time customers. Before dropping off your garments, double-check every pocket and remove anything attached to the clothing, such as lapel pins or other accessories. Zips does not accept responsibility for items lost during the cleaning process. I learned that lesson the hard way after forgetting to remove a lapel pin before dropping off a jacket, and it never made its way back to me. Also, if you have a stain that you want treated, be sure to point it out when you drop off your clothes. While they'll clean your garments as expected, they may not notice every stain unless it's specifically brought to their attention. Overall, Zips has earned my business over the years because they're dependable, affordable, and incredibly fast. As long as you take a minute to empty your pockets, remove any accessories, and identify stains at drop-off, you'll likely have a great experience.

I was a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for several years and trusted them with numerous…read moregarments, including dry cleaning and tailoring. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and has permanently changed my view of this establishment. In June 2026, I received a dress back damaged. I had worn the dress only once before bringing it in for cleaning. The dress cost $470. After I reported the damage, I was asked to provide the retailer's website so they could verify the cost and arrange reimbursement. I was later told the business was waiting to restock the dress, with no estimated delivery date. I explained that I preferred reimbursement rather than having the business purchase a replacement on my behalf. What made this experience particularly troubling was a subsequent phone conversation with a member of management. While I was calmly and respectfully discussing the damaged garment and seeking a resolution, the manager stated that she would not be treated "like a slave." As a Black woman whose family has a personal history of sharecropping and whose father grew up during the Jim Crow era, I found that remark deeply offensive and completely inappropriate in the context of a customer service conversation. Regardless of intent, that language was unnecessary and caused genuine distress. When I asked for the owner's contact information so I could address my concerns directly, the call was ended. I called back and spoke with another employee, who apologized for the interaction and indicated that someone would follow up. I appreciated her attempt to help. However, I subsequently sent a formal letter to the owner detailing the damaged garment, the interaction with management, and my concerns. I never received a response to my letter. I eventually received a $400 check and a $100 store credit. Although I received some compensation, the check did not cover the full cost of the dress, and the store credit is of no value to me because I will never return to this establishment. After years of loyalty and patronage, I expected accountability for the damage to my clothing, respectful treatment, and the courtesy of a response from ownership. Instead, I was left disappointed by both the customer service experience and the lack of communication from the owner. For me, this is about more than a damaged dress. It is about how a business treats a longtime customer when something goes wrong, the language used during a customer service interaction, and whether management is willing to take responsibility and address legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has permanently broken my trust in this business. I will not be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and recognizes the importance of treating every customer with professionalism, respect, and accountability.

I'll admit upfront that I'm not your average dry cleaning customer. Thanks to a nasty toxic mold…read moreexposure (see my review for my old landlord at 425 Mass with Equity Residential), I struggle with numerous odd allergies. Trust me when I say that finding allergy-free cleaning ain't easy. The current task - getting my mattress cover cleaned without the use of enzymes - had proven to be nearly impossible before my visit to Presto. As it turns out, dry cleaners usually use a host of enzymes in their cleaning products. Since enzymes are little more than various forms of sophisticated fungus, you can see why a mold-sensitive person might need to avoid washing her linens with fungus (even if it is the industry standard for removing stains). I introduce the answer to my dilemma - the staff at Presto. I phoned before visiting their location and the woman who answered was incredibly patient. I asked about everything from whether their building had suffered water damage, to exactly how long they would keep my belongings, to a rundown on their knowledge of cleaning enzymes. When I arrived in-person, mattress cover in hand, the staff was courteous and informative. They took the time to explain that I needed a "dry clean process" versus a "wet." The employee even carefully marked and bagged my cover indicating that I suffered from an allergy. To my surprise, my cover was ready for pickup the very next day. It was tucked neatly into a zipped bag for only $27.00. Especially for our area, that price is excellent! I would give Presto 5 stars if it weren't for the strong perfume/deodorizer smell left lingering on my mattress cover. While I have not had an allergic reaction like I would to enzymes, I am not thrilled that the material smells like an awful fragranced deodorant. Do note though that it does not smell anything like the customary, harsh dry cleaning fumes, but for someone who avoids all fragrances, the smell it does have is still posing a bit of a challenge. I have yet to put the cover on my bed. I am currently "airing it out" in hopes the smell will dissipate over the next few days. My conclusion is that the staff's friendliness, informative and upfront attitude, the environmentally friendly nature of the business, affordable pricing and promptness of service warrant giving Presto not only 4 stars, but also another chance at establishing a regular relationship. I'm planning to inquire about the fragrance issue next time in hopes of determining whether we might take my natural cleaning options one step further in the future (read sans perfumed deodorant).

There were still several subtle stains on the dress and bow, which they said they would call to talk about if they couldn't get out. They never called and still made me pay $130. To be fair, there were sections of the dress that we practically black from being dragged on the floor all night. Additionally they somehow ripped apart the bow that went on the rear of the dress--it's a mess now and droops down. It was a high quality material that sat up right before they cleaned it. Maybe it was caused by the way they handle garments in the shop? When I was picking up and dropping off they were throwing clothes on the ground and throwing them around pretty roughly.

At drop-off, the employee inspected the curtains, counted the panels, and provided me with a ticket showing a final price of $260. When I returned to pick them up, I was presented with a new ticket showing a different price and was told I owed an additional $100 due to a mistake they made when originally calculating the cost. Fortunately, I kept my original ticket, but I should not have been expected to pay for an error that occurred on their end. To make matters worse, I specifically instructed the employee to save the excess fabric from the alterations. When I picked up the curtains, I learned that the fabric had been discarded despite my request. I set back Down and then she said there Was a restroom. Saying no vs for customers are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. One can comenof préjudice while the other is simply the policy of the establishments . Customers experience is a big deal...
