From the get go they had me impressed with quick, thorough and educational replies to my initial emails. They gave us a fairly quick turnaround when I needed it and the print quality/packaging was nice, but they are WAY overpriced. I am in the print industry and only called on them because our printer's imaging unit went out and my normal go-to guy was out of town. I figured it was better than Kinko's, right? Wrong. They charged almost $1 each for a one-sided color copy -- Kinko's prints on the spot and charges $0.59 (and my usual guy charges $0.29). The print quality, while nice, was not worth $1 a print. I'm sure they're great for wedding invitations, catalogs, and the like, but as someone who's seen (and paid for) it all in this business, they are a bit too rich for my blood. read more

Ugh...I went to this place to have our wedding addresses printed on our envelopes. I worked with Tony so I am not sure if that was part of the problem. He finally sent me a proof 5 days later and it was not at all what I had sent him. Salutations were left off, the return address was not in the same format, Mclean was misspelled. Thank god I am in copy editing because I might have missed these things. Then I go to pick up the invites and almost all of the addresses have some sort of bold lettering in them, which looks to be a printing error. WORST part the guy, says "well will these work?", um I guess? I didn't have an extra 80 envelopes for you to try again? he never even offered to give me a discount or take anything off of the price, $137 for 80 addresses printed on invitations??!! Save your self time and $$ and go elsewhere, customer service is terrible!!! read more

This place is awesome! I found them completely by accident on google and I'm so glad I went with the local guys for my small printing project. I worked with Tina on 100 score cards for a fundraiser golf tournament that I had going on in Florida. I must have emailed her 20 times with questions and silly stuff, but she took care of me as if I put in a $1000 order. Best of all, they turned out EXACTLY like I wanted them to, and quickly as well, allowing me to make my deadline and get it all shipped to Florida in time for the event. The woman who helped me was very nice. She took the cards I needed to be cut gave them a quick glance and in less than five minutes I had perfectly cut invitations (tried to do them at home and didn't come out looking very nice). The cost was also very reasonable. read more

I have used McCabe's for years. I switched from another local printer because I was sick of the mistakes. I've worked with both Tina and Tony and can not praise them or the rest of the staff enough. They are clear in communicating, great with getting me proofs and making any required changes, offering less expensive alternatives when I have new projects, and keeping their pricing low. As with EVERYONE, there has been an occasional error, the staff is ALWAYS quick is correct. I have never had an issue with them.
