I…read moreplaced an online order for pickup and when I arrived all I received was a huge lot of attitude and a non-completed product. This is the complete opposite experience I have had at the Falls Church and Main Street locations where if an item is not completed, I will receive a phone call well in advance to let me know the issue and when I can pick up. Since I was on a tight deadline, I sent a (pre-authorized) person to pick up the completed order at a later time that afternoon and they also gave this person a whole lot of sass. Lack of professionalism, reliability, and accessible parking has made this place a no go for me.

We used Allegra in Fairfax to print materials for our wedding and while the prints looked good, the…read morecustomer service was awful. Despite having the proofs turned in days ahead of our wedding, the shop didn't initiate the print until the day before the wedding. When we called to get an update, they told us the machine was down but that we'd have our order before we left town for the rehearsal. When we followed up before leaving town we received snark and an attitude from the associate on the phone, saying it wasn't complete and they didn't have an estimated time of completion. We ended up having to send a family member back to Fairfax to get the prints before they closed, causing that family member to miss out on our rehearsal dinner. We will not be using Allegra again.

They also have a FAX machine which I know for sure I will need at some point in 2025. I appreciated the help and we'll return back here to get more information about the wedding invitation prints.
