This is the complete opposite experience I have had at the Falls Church and Main Street locations where if an item is not completed, I will receive a phone call well in advance to let me know the issue and when I can pick up. Since I was on a tight deadline, I sent a (pre-authorized) person to pick up the completed order at a later time that afternoon and they also gave this person a whole lot of sass. Lack of professionalism, reliability, and accessible parking has made this place a no go for me.

Mu purcahse was tax exempt (I needed boes) and Zander tried his hardest, but for some reason the tax exempt function wasn't working. He was diligent about trying to get it to work, but that's okay. Brian carried the boxes I purchased to my car in the FREEZING COLD with a smile on his face and was kind, patient, and helpful. Both were there when I came back the next day and Brian was ready to work. They even let us use a dolly to bring in all our boxes. I will definitely return for their friendly service. Also, if you have AAA, you get a 5% discount.

Despite having the proofs turned in days ahead of our wedding, the shop didn't initiate the print until the day before the wedding. When we called to get an update, they told us the machine was down but that we'd have our order before we left town for the rehearsal. When we followed up before leaving town we received snark and an attitude from the associate on the phone, saying it wasn't complete and they didn't have an estimated time of completion. We ended up having to send a family member back to Fairfax to get the prints before they closed, causing that family member to miss out on our rehearsal dinner. We will not be using Allegra again.

The two people working this morning were more than helpful, and I was able to just use my USB drive. While I was there, I noticed that they do large scale printing and mailings. That caught my attention because we are in the initial stages of planning our wedding. The two works were exceptionally nice and I wanted to give them credit foe that. They also have a FAX machine which I know for sure I will need at some point in 2025. Without fails, there is always a bank or other lending institution that requests faxes documents, instead of emailing the normal way. I appreciated the help and we'll return back here to get more information about the wedding invitation prints.

Once we saw the finished proof and paid the invoice, they got all the cards printed the day of. The cards were of high quality and the resolution of the prints were phenomenal. I highly recommend!
