I have emailed, called, left polite messages, left a rude message, all wanting to understand delays. I have ordered multiple name plates and custom sales plaques and have yet to receive a phone call. It is so frustrating as my award plates are custom. Prior to 2017, I had always received excellent service. I don't understand what happened .. are they going out of business and scared to say?
