There were no customers in the store. I did not have the Amazon information handy. I had three items to return. The WIFi was slow and it took time to retrieve the Q codes of the first two items. But, I could not find in the Amazon email the third Qcode. I apologize a few times for not been ready and offered to wait. But instead he was dismissive and spoke rudely to me. I left with my third item since he seem bothered by me. I guess his family did teach him any manners.

In the middle of the store I could hear his customer getting louder about not being able to hear. In the 2-3 minutes it took to get in line to checkout, the same customer was still finishing his transaction stating he was going online to leave a critique. In this time Peter accidentally closed the register before he grabbed the coins he needed to give the customer all his change. He contacted a manager who came over, only to not have a key to that specific register. I'm the second person waiting after this current customer. The manager asks an associate to come use a nearby register to assist us, since she is now having to go to the back of the store for keys. She chose to stay in the print area and yell across the store that she can check us out if we want. There was some banter between her and the manager, because she asked her to come to the other side of the store (she never did). Neither the customer in front of me or I went to the other side. Shortly after all of this (2-3 min) Peter politely assisted the customer with a return and then helped me. This entire time he was calm and despite the tempered customer, the multiple times he called for management assistance, Peter was cool as a cucumber polite and friendly. I came to shop today, because I try hard to spend my money inside my city/county so stores can continue to exist. Hats off and thank you to Peter for staying cool in a moment where so many would lose their cool or professionalism.

This was no exception and even on a weekday the place was extremely busy (1pm) due to its close proximity to a mall. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and all counters were opened. They have a hand cart in case you need to wheel some heavy items over. I had several pieces of equipment to ship and each one was nicely packaged for a 3 day FedEx Express Saver delivery. Usually when doing self-packing in the old days, I would have stuff come back with missing rack ears or slightly dinged up edges. In this case I paid for the extra filler, double wall boxes and everything arrived in good condition. Props to them for packing things so well and making sure it didn't exceed any weight limits. It's always tough finding specialty boxes that fit server equipment. Nobody asked for my ID (though many years ago I did get asked but that was for a retail purchase and not with an account #). I gave them our corporate FedEx account number and all they did was confirm my name. Not sure what happened with others but the manager on duty was the one that helped me. She knew exactly which items to ring up for the specialty boxes. Chalk it up to good luck perhaps because the items arrived a day early, exceeding expectations hence my 5 star rating for FedEx.

Great pick if you're looking for a business relationship, and not just some robots taking your orders and upcharging you with random fees added on at payment. After providing me quotes for multiple different materials and sizes, which they did in a timely fashion, we ordered over a dozen posters on silica material. While I'm not as familiar with the industry standard prices for poster printing, M&M was affordable for my situation. It was definitely cheaper than Canva, and they provided me with more options as well. One relative idiosyncrasy, since I was ordering over the phone and email, was that I had to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form--haven't seen one of these in years. The turnaround was decently quick - around a week - and they contacted me with a tracking number for shipping to DC. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get some printing done.
